As a dental hygienist of 30+ years, I can definitely state that my pillow has given me some much needed neck relief!! I can comfortably sleep on my back or my side and wake up without pain! That is major relief!!

I ordered a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow because I had one many years ago. The new pillow is way too firm and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately there is no return on pillows. Really disappointed, for the price I expected more of the pillow.

In the past I had a tempur-neck pillow that was low and ordered what I believed was the same profile. This pillow is not working for me, but I don't feel I can afford to risk ordering another at the price they cost! Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medium sized neck pillow is actually quite small which is ridiculous given its price. It's too small for a standard pillowcase. It does work for neck support however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cover sent with the pillow seems to be washable but after 1 month it appears yellow. I wash it every week.

Product was much smaller than expected. Wouldn't call it "medium". But on top of that, there isn't a pillowcase to match it's size so it has to be in a larger case and is always sloppy. But at least it is a Temur-Pedic and that part is good.
