I have had 2 of the neck pillows over the last 10 yrs or so. When I ordered what I thought was the same, was not. And so I cant return it as it was opened but not slept on. A quite expensive mistake on my part. Bummer

Yes it is a hard pillow and it make my face numb(too much pressure for side sleeper) next day. so i have numb face everyday now i don't think i'm going to continue use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is pretty firm to the point of it hurting the back my head when laying on it. I tried sitting on it for a few days to help break in the memory foam and it just never got softer.
