[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the pillow when my neck hurts and I have a bad headache. It also helps my shoulder pain. It really helps alleviate the problems I'm having!

I like the firmness...it's shorter and smaller than my old one which was 24" other than that it's a great pillow. Why make it smaller...it was perfect at 24" long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced my old Tempur neck pillow with this one after many years of satisfaction. This new one is either thicker or firmer than the old one and I just can't get used to it. Disappointed

I love this pillow. The only thing that I would change is to be offered a higher loft. I have to put a towel under my pillow to make it high enough to keep pressure off my shoulder. My last one lasted a long long time.

I bought this for my husband whom has back and neck issues and primarily sleeps on his side. He now refuses to use it after several nights of trying it out at different angles and sides.

Have had constant neck pain with previous pillows. Tried the neck pillow and it has given me a better night's sleep. I toss and turn a lot less frequently and definitely getting a better night's sleep.
