I have used a tempurpedic neck pillow for several years having tried other brands for an arthritic neck I noted less pain on awakening and throughout the day right away. I take one with me on vacation

Love the pillow, not as firm as previous pillow of 6 years ago. Made with different materials than in the past. I also filled out the registration card for a free pillow protector, have not received yet, this is after buying 2 pillows and 2 cards!!!

I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

It's unfortunately not near as firm as the same pillows I've bought in the past. I really loved the firmer pillow for more cervical support. This was the only pillow that let me wake up without neck pain. I am so bummed.

We have been using Tempur-Pedic pillows and matresses for many years. The pillows alleviate any neck pain or stiffness caused by pillows with poor support.
