It's very similar to the original pillow which I loved. It feels great, but I wish it was just a little bit longer i.e. queen size. Would buy again very easily.

Very hard to the point that it hurt my neck and it's now in the basement. I was honestly so disappointed, I wish I can still return it and get the soft gel one instead.

I bought the small neck pillow 2 months ago to replace a lost tempur pedic pillow. My neck isn't sore anymore and I'm quite happy with it. Upon reflection I would have bought the medium pillow as a standard pillow case tends to fall off easily.

This pillow was awful. It did nothing for neck support. I woke up with a headache. The larger bump that was supposed to go under the neck to support didn't even reach it on my side. It was a waste of my money.
