This pillow is softer, i.e., less firm than the previous TEMPUR-PEDIC I owned and thought I was replacing. Therefore, I did not get what I thought I would get and it is not as useful to me as I expected it to be.

If you stay in one position through the night then this pillow is for you. The pillow is small. This width of this pillow is even shorter than a standard size pillow.

Neither my wife nor I agree with their recommendations on measurements. At this point, neither of us use the pillow. It also is awkward in a pillow case.

I have one old "neck support" pillow that is perfect...I ordered another one and it's so hard, I hurts my neck and the bones beneath my ears and is unusable.

I have used neck roll pillows for a while and this pillow provides 0 support whatsoever. My neck hurts every time I use it. Very disappointed with my purchase.

They could be thicker, I find myself having to use a flat pillow to give this one some hight. Maybe I need to buy the large instead of the medium. But still will keep the pillows.
