I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It hurt my neck. I thought I measured from neck to shoulder, but didn't. I tried to hit. I can exchange it for a smaller one just a solution, but I'm just gonna have to throw them away.

Unfortunately I could not get used to it. I tried for a couple of weeks and the magic didn't happen. It is good quality but too hard on my neck. I might work just fine for other people. It is all a matter of preference and adaptability.
