This is my second Tempur-pedic pillow in the small size. It just fits my neck and shoulders. Both of them have gone with me on every trip I've ever taken. I've used no other pillows then these since buying the first one.

I am not satisfied with the current neck pillow. I purchased one about fifteen years ago with my mattress and was very comfortable. I recently purchased a new one. I don't know why the design changed. It is not comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is way too small. Its size makes it very uncomfortable as it needs to be continuously moved as I move around at night. Wish it were bigger. It's very tiny.
