[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only pillow that soothes my cervical spine pain every night. Have tried others and return them.

Although the quality is very good, the firmness guide is off for my standards. Medium is exceptionally hard with no give. When I say I would not recommend, I refer only to the firmness.

Initially, I ordered a medium-sized pillow but found it too thick for the base of my neck. I find the small size to be a perfect fit. I wish I could find pillow cases/covers to fit this pillow.
