I bought this pillow to replace my old Tempur-neck pillow which had lasted for many years. My neck was starting to bother me at night, so I figured it was time to get a new one. Wow - what a difference! Back to sleeping without issues!

Like the pillow, but had to order two of same size for the special, and it works for my husband, but not me. I also later found out I cannot return. So pretty expensive lesson on reading return policies!

Overall the pillow does what it advertises. My biggest complaint it is is small. Too short, too narrow. The pillow wont stay in the pillow case because it is so small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It felt normal fist few nights of sleeping on it. But then it started feeling pressure in the head during the night i have to switch pillow. Maybe its too firm for me but it works fine for hubby.

I am not satisfied with the current neck pillow. I purchased one about fifteen years ago with my mattress and was very comfortable. I recently purchased a new one. I don't know why the design changed. It is not comfortable.

This pillow is sized perfectly to alleviate my shoulder pain. I do use it on a rotation with another pillow to curb the back pain the higher pillow can cause. Worth the money!
