[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one explained to me that a pillow wasn't returnable. It's not the right kind of pillow for my neck too small not very happy at all.

I have slept every night sence I received it and I have been sleeping like a baby. That is the third tempurpedic neck pillow that I have had and I would not be with out one. They are made to last.

I was super excited about getting this pillow after after some neck surgery. Received it and tried using it on the first night, pillow is not nearly wide enough and way too hard.

It was clear this was not the same as the pillow we sought to replace. It had not been opened or out of the plastic wrap. Yet, Temper-pedic refused to replace it. The "service" person said, "too bad".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th Tempurpedic pillow. We also have a second Tempur pedic mattress. These products make sleep so much more comfortable for us. We love the products.

There is firm pillows and then there is this rock they ship. Are you kidding me?! Unless your dome weighs 50 pounds, there is not an inch of give. This would hurt as a sitting cushion. Do the right thing and offer refunds!
