Hoping to find a great pillow to support neck and back after cervical surgery. Really uncomfortable and gave it away, since pillows can't be returned.

Love the pillow, not as firm as previous pillow of 6 years ago. Made with different materials than in the past. I also filled out the registration card for a free pillow protector, have not received yet, this is after buying 2 pillows and 2 cards!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not longer have neckpain, goodbye pain. I love how it fits in my neck when I sleep on my side. But I would make it just a little softer, because if you are back sleeper if feels too hard.

This pillow is so hard, I can't get it "broken in" so I can sleep on it all night. I wasn't able to return it, because, apparantly, you can't return pillows. (That would have been good to know beforehand.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great, however I had to order 2 sizes to make sure I had the correct size. Although I did not use the 2nd one I'm stuck with it because you do not accept returns on pillows.

I have purchased 4 Tempurpedic neck pillows, to ensure that I always have one, and to give to my mother who recently pinched a nerve in her neck. This pillow is vital to our spine care and pain relief.

I was somewhat disappointed. It felt soft to the touch but when you lay your head on it it feels like you are sleeping in a rock. I went back to my old pillow after about a month. You said to be honest. This pillow may work for some but not for me.
