I haven't found anything wrong with this product it the best investment I've ever made. My neck feel so much better and I get the most peaceful rest. Looking forward to purchasing other products in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is great, however the pillow is much harder than expected. It is a bit too stiff making it difficult to relax. I do sleep with it, hoping it will soften up some.

There is no better quality or value. I bought this as a replacement for a pillow that I had had for decades after working for a chiropractor. There was no decline in functionality just thought it was looking a bit like the "Velveteen Rabbit".

I had one before just needed to renew loved the old one only thing is I got it online wished I was told about the one with the cotton pillow case instead of synthetic .I would have preferred cotton .
