Yes it is a hard pillow and it make my face numb(too much pressure for side sleeper) next day. so i have numb face everyday now i don't think i'm going to continue use it.

Like the pillow, but had to order two of same size for the special, and it works for my husband, but not me. I also later found out I cannot return. So pretty expensive lesson on reading return policies!

My wife ordered the neck pillows online for her mom. Way too hard even for me who can fall asleep anywhere. Worst part is you can’t return them even if they are sealed in its original packaging.
