I like that the pillow stays cool and holds its shape unlike traditional pillows. My only problem was finding a silk pillowcase that fit its shape - I had to have one custom made.

I have been having issues for years with chronic neck and back pain. I wanted to change my sleeping habits but I would always end up in a weird position. Now I wake up in the exact same place I fell asleep. and my sleep has been amazing.

I ordered a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow because I had one many years ago. The new pillow is way too firm and very uncomfortable. Unfortunately there is no return on pillows. Really disappointed, for the price I expected more of the pillow.

My new pillow replaces my previous one that I adored; very comfortable and only started aging after 20 years. This one checks all the boxes but I liked the density of the first one better. my previous one has an extra star.
