These are the fifth and sixth pillows that I have bought of this size and type. I used to teach and often got knots in my shoulders from leaning over the desks. Fifteen minutes on the pillow after coming home and the aches were gone!!!

I wanted a firm pillow. I've ordered before and got just the right thing but the ones I got this time don't look like the pillow I have now. They are much too soft. Gave them away.

The pillow was so hard I could not sleep on it. It hurt my next. I had to return it for a new one that was just as hard. I could not get a refund. I'm very unhappy with it.

Found this to be very uncomfortable. Got very little sleep and woke up with a stiff neck. Found out they don't accept returns like most other pillow companies.
