I have been using these pillows for the past 20s or so and it's made such a difference. I do miss the extra thick ones they used to have per I have broader shoulders.

Found this to be very uncomfortable. Got very little sleep and woke up with a stiff neck. Found out they don't accept returns like most other pillow companies.

My old temperpedic pillow, which is very comfortable, is now being used by my daughter. Ordered another small pillow and was very disappointed in how very hard it is. The pillow is unusable and I wish it could be returned.
