[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck pillow is much too hard for my likely. Also the elevated side where you supposed to put your head is too high for my neck and head to rest comfortably.

Super uncomfortable to sleep on... tried to send it back but the free returns only applies to the beds apparently. I do make use of it by using it as back support when sitting in bed but I couldn't even sleep on it for a nap!

My old temperpedic pillow, which is very comfortable, is now being used by my daughter. Ordered another small pillow and was very disappointed in how very hard it is. The pillow is unusable and I wish it could be returned.
