[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the neck pillow for 20 years. We just got a new Tempur Pedic mattress and two new pillows. Gave one to my granddaughter who has neck issues. She LOVES it!

Separate from not being as wide as my old TempurPedic neck pillow, it is flatter and the foam is not nearly as firm. The pillow is too flat and the foam is too squishy. I am not using this pillow, as bad as it is.

They could be thicker, I find myself having to use a flat pillow to give this one some hight. Maybe I need to buy the large instead of the medium. But still will keep the pillows.

I have been using this product a while and it's the only one that gave me relief from neck pain. I have no complaints except it would have been great if it came with a custom pillow cover as regular ones don't fit this pillow.
