I was disappointed that the large pillow was less dense and firmer than one I'd bought several years ago. It's no longer available in the longer length like my old one. But it will be okay for my needs.

The pillows were smaller than what I am accustomed to. I have been sleeping on Tempur-pedic pillows for 20 years. The ones received were smaller, about the size of a standard size pillow. I was not pleased at all. All I want is a credit.

As much as I wanted to love these pillows. They did not work for me. I have neck and back issues and it did not give me any comfort. Since I could not return the pillows so i gave them To my parents.

I don't like the new version on this pillow. There is only one length and it's standard. There should be queen and king lengths as well. And no pillowcases to fit this neck pillow.
