[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just a full sized bed pillow, or king or queen size. This product isn't well described on the web site and not returnable, even in its original sealed package.

This pillow is not the same as the one I bought some years ago although it has the same references. It is far too soft and does not support the head/neck at all. Then it is useless. And that is a shame that I cannot take it back to the store.

The pillows are way too hard. Bought them online so I cannot return them. Haven't used them for more than 5 minutes. Would not have bought them if I had read the return policy. $300 for pillows I cannot use.

My new pillow replaces my previous one that I adored; very comfortable and only started aging after 20 years. This one checks all the boxes but I liked the density of the first one better. my previous one has an extra star.
