Love the pillow, but I got one size too large and it is very uncomfortable. I don't even use it. I was very disappointed that it could not be returned.

Has been my favorite pillow for over 20 years. Very comfortable and helps with my neck. But this pillow has awful and I do mean awful chemical that I can't tolerate. I can't use the pillow and am very disappointed.

Tried it for three weeks with no respite for neck pain. This is the third or fourth specialty pillow I bought and it's an unfortunate trend that none of them work. People call this a miracle pillow so I was hopeful. Oh well.

I'd return the neck roll pillow but tempur products are not returnable. I have an old Tempur mattress still in use. A new one is priceless, truly that expensive, so I haven't replaced it yet. I would get another mattress when financially feasible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought when I was buying the large, that I was buying King Size, not the size of the neck roll. I really don't like it. It is too large of a neck roll and 2 short for my side of the bed.
