I bought this pillow because I wanted serious neck support at night. It was listed as firm support so I was optimistic. I would label it medium support at best. Not as supportive as others I've gotten from Tempurpedic in the past.

The pillows are way too hard. Bought them online so I cannot return them. Haven't used them for more than 5 minutes. Would not have bought them if I had read the return policy. $300 for pillows I cannot use.

I have a fused neck and about 15 years ago my chiropractor recommended the Tempur-Neck pillow. It lasted a very long time and I recently replaced it. It keeps my neck in proper position while I'm sleeping and I wouldn't be without it.

The Tempur Sales rep was very helpful in selecting the correct size neck pillow for my body and is like my previous Tempur neck pillow, super comfortable.

This is my 4 neck pillows with temper-pedic, but this one came in a plastic wrap with no box. The firmest is not there and the softness of the material. It's a rough and and flat pillow.
