I have been using TP pillows for at least the last 20 years. The pillow that I received had the support of a roasted marshmallow. None . If you are a regular user of the original neck pillow this is not it. Stay away from this product.

Tried it for three weeks with no respite for neck pain. This is the third or fourth specialty pillow I bought and it's an unfortunate trend that none of them work. People call this a miracle pillow so I was hopeful. Oh well.

Received the small contour neck pillow...so disappointing. Very hard and uncomfortable. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them. Have had their pillows in the past and loved them. Never ocurred to me that these would be so inferior.

I have suffered from upper back and neck pain for years. I bought this pillow hoping it would help. This pillow is the best, most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on!!!!!! I highly recommend it to anyone with neck or upper back pain!!!!!!

I was super excited about getting this pillow after after some neck surgery. Received it and tried using it on the first night, pillow is not nearly wide enough and way too hard.
