I was somewhat disappointed. It felt soft to the touch but when you lay your head on it it feels like you are sleeping in a rock. I went back to my old pillow after about a month. You said to be honest. This pillow may work for some but not for me.

I was so excited and loved the idea about the neck pillow, I got the smallest size and it still doesn't fit my neck. I wish there was another neck pillow for smaller framed women. It sucks it was so expensive, still love the company

As a dental hygienist of 30+ years, I can definitely state that my pillow has given me some much needed neck relief!! I can comfortably sleep on my back or my side and wake up without pain! That is major relief!!

I have long used the small version of this pillow. Seems like Tempur pedic switched materials since I last bought a few years ago. Really firm, I am not a fan.

The sizing chart did not translate well to what was best for us, and the pillows themselves were overly firm. Overall, troubled sleep and woke up with a stiff neck.

Softer, smaller than I anticipated as a previous brand we bought; however, we do very much like the sculptured pillow to support our necks. Would NOT purchase this again.

I hoped that the pillow would help with my recent back and neck pain, but it wasnt right for me. I spoke to customer service about a replacement but they werent able to help.
