I have no words to say how perfect this pillow is for me! I just love it! It fits perfectly in my neck. I had some bad neck sores because of bad pillows but this one came to save me!

I like the firmness...it's shorter and smaller than my old one which was 24" other than that it's a great pillow. Why make it smaller...it was perfect at 24" long.

I have had 2 of the neck pillows over the last 10 yrs or so. When I ordered what I thought was the same, was not. And so I cant return it as it was opened but not slept on. A quite expensive mistake on my part. Bummer

I bought this neck pillow and the symphony. The symphony I amazing, but with the neck pillow I twisted and turned the whole night. Its very uncomfortable!
