[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely uncomfortable. Makes my ear hurt, then turns my ear numb. Made my neck hurt. I had an original and I thought this one would be better and it's awful.

The pillow is extremely small, it's not at all firm like a tempur pedic pillow I had years ago, plus it's too small for a king size bed. Not worth the money.

I broke my neck in 2 places. Since my neck surgery this is the only pillow that gives me the support I need and the comfort I need to get a good nights sleep. I would not sleep on anything but this pillow!

Like the pillow, but had to order two of same size for the special, and it works for my husband, but not me. I also later found out I cannot return. So pretty expensive lesson on reading return policies!

It's worth the price! I have a neck pain. That's the main reason I bought this pillow and it is totally worth it! Cant' sleep without my TEMPUR-Neck Pillow anymore.

I was so excited and loved the idea about the neck pillow, I got the smallest size and it still doesn't fit my neck. I wish there was another neck pillow for smaller framed women. It sucks it was so expensive, still love the company
