[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only pillow that has helped me with my neck and back pain, is ergonomic, it adjusts to my body perfectly, it changed my sleep forever. I love it!

Love the pillow, not as firm as previous pillow of 6 years ago. Made with different materials than in the past. I also filled out the registration card for a free pillow protector, have not received yet, this is after buying 2 pillows and 2 cards!!!

Initially, I ordered a medium-sized pillow but found it too thick for the base of my neck. I find the small size to be a perfect fit. I wish I could find pillow cases/covers to fit this pillow.

Great pillow! Wish it was a little bigger but I am happy that my neck pain and headaches are less frequent now. Never thought a pillow would be such a life changer.

you can't really use this pillow because its too tiny. I really wish I would have noticed how this was labeled "small"-- it does nothing for my neck because the pillow isn't thick enough

Very hard to the point that it hurt my neck and it's now in the basement. I was honestly so disappointed, I wish I can still return it and get the soft gel one instead.
