Although the pillow has helped the pain in my neck, it is very uncomfortable, feels like my head is laying on a brick! Therefore, I do not sleep well because I am uncomfortable.

I was not able to find a comfortable position for my neck. The pillow felt too firm. I have a memory foam mattress and it is possible that my body wasn't in the position that the pillow was designed for.

Neither my wife nor I agree with their recommendations on measurements. At this point, neither of us use the pillow. It also is awkward in a pillow case.

Like the pillow, but had to order two of same size for the special, and it works for my husband, but not me. I also later found out I cannot return. So pretty expensive lesson on reading return policies!
