I have been using this pillow for 13 years and I just needed to replace them I will not traded for anything it's the pillow that I find comfort in my sleep. Love my pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow does not help and made my pain increase in shoulder and neck. The fact that it was unrefundable made it even worse. Do not buy if you are trying to improve snoring.

I have had 2 of the neck pillows over the last 10 yrs or so. When I ordered what I thought was the same, was not. And so I cant return it as it was opened but not slept on. A quite expensive mistake on my part. Bummer
