Maybe I'd worn the original one down but this one felt thicker and I bought it specifically because I wanted a flatter pillow for relieving neck pain. However, this one seems to work fine.

I have been a long time tempur-pedic customer and owned the original mattress and pillows and LOVED their pillows. The new ones are not the cloud that we used to sleep on. They are so hard that it feels like putting your neck on a rock rather than the original embrace. Those pillows are horrible and are unusable for us and of course not returnable despite never having used them.... VERY DISAPOINTING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loved his old Tempurpedic wedge pillow. It was disgusting! Washing the cover only helped so much. I ordered the new one and he didn't like the way it looked. I told him to try it, it's not returnable. He tried it and everything was great! Good thing, I threw out the old one. I do wish there was a pillow protector for his pillow.

This pillow was so hard that after I laid on it for a while, my head and neck went numb. My partner and I both had the same problem with this pillow. It has no give to it, does not mold to your body, and is very dense and heavy. I confirmed I have the right size based on the measurements TempurPedic provided on their website. Incredibly disappointed that I'm now stuck with pillows that are unusable.

I bought one with my last new Tempur-pedic pillow, and it kept the pillow in great condition over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd small Temper-Neck pillow I have owned. I have been using this pillow for over 15 years. It is well worth the money and definitely helps with neck pain from sleeping. I miss this pillow when I travel and don't bring it.

The day after I received it I attempted to return it but was told that pillows are non returnable items. This was not clear during purchase. I donated the pillow. Will never shop here again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two pillows hoping to increase my quality of sleep at home and away. The pillow is great for sleeping on my back, but after turning to my side, I wake up within an hour or so with severe pain to my ears from the pillow being too firm. No amount of time trying the pillow in a store will prepare you for the pain and uncomfortableness of this pillow. I tried contacting Temper-pedic but there is a no return policy for pillows. I'm out my money so I'd caution you before spending your hard earned money on their pillows. Look somewhere else.

I 've been a user of the Tempur-Pedic pillow for many years. My wife got me one and fell in love with it right way. I had neck surgery and it's the only pillow that works for me. My old pillow started getting soft and OLD. So it was time for a replacement. I've tried different brands, But I just give them away... they just don't work! THANK YOU for making a great pillow!
