[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old Tempur neck pillows with new ones. We both find we get a better night's sleep with these contoured pillows. I have a plate in my neck and literally can't use a regular pillow, so thank you Tempur for this fine product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been struggling for years with headaches and migraines triggered by barometric pressure changes plus the usual suspects. Since using this pillow I no longer get them! (It's been almost a month) More effective than meds and acupuncture!! Who knew a pillow could be so incredibly life-changing.

I've been using the Tempur neck pillow since 2008 and I love it. It is best pillow I've ever owned. It has been everywhere with me from my home in Texas to many trips to Colorado, back home to Virginia for Christmas. It's been to California, Washington, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Mexico, New York, even to England, and the Middle East. I literally never leave home to travel without it. As a horticulturalist, I work hard planting trees, shrubs and laying out sod. My back and neck hurt after a long day at work, but I'm able to get up each morning and do it all over again because of my TempurPedic mattress and pillows. I'm not young, I'm 55 and have been landscaping since I was 16 yrs old. I'm getting ready to retire so I can move back home to Virginia to take care of my mother, lord knows here yard is in need of professional help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this pillow for my sister who had worn out the same pillow she had owned for quite some time.

The pillow doesn't conform to my neck. It is super uncomfortable and even painful. No option to return even if it's still in the package.

I bought a small size, and unfortunately it was too high for me (I am 5.4 feet). I really wanted to like this and tried for a few nights, but it was too uncomfortable. I bought the same pillow about 10 years ago and loved it, so perhaps the size of the pillow has changed over the years?

I sleep on my side a lot throughout the night and had a car accident 2 years ago so neck pain is a thing if not addressed properly. Having the right pillow for me is a HUGE and this pillow has helped me sleep more comfortably through the night.
