[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The large neck pillow provides a lot of support for my neck. It's comfortable, and even more so after a few weeks of sleeping on it. I had very bad neck pain when my previous generic pillow was wearing out. The pain I had before soon vanished once I started using this product. I think the neck pillow is great. I just wish it was a little wider because I am a side sleeper and I roll over multiple times a night and I have to be careful about not accidentally rolling off the pillow sometimes. :)

Unfortunately these pillows are so uncomfortably hard that they cannot be used and since Tempurpedic has a no return policy we stuck. I have other contour pillows so these aren't the first. On the positive side they appear well made.

I went to a store before ordering, but they didn't carry this particular pillow for me to try out. So I took a flyer. But now I have an expensive pillow I can't use. Hopefully I can use it down the road.

Having purchased pillows shaped like this many times, i purchased the largest available. I did not even open the box, putting the box up to my current pillow showed me the difference. Your company would not accept unopened boxes. I have a king size bed, king sizes pillow cases and these pillows are lost on the bed....

I have slept on a tempurpedic contour pillow for 25+ years. When I travel, I pack my pillow. I've had two back surgeries and have some degenerative disk disease. This pillow allows me to get quality sleep and wake being able to move without pain! I will NEVER use another pillow. I highly recommend this product!!! We also just replaced our original mattress of 20 years with the newer tempurpedic mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a side sleeper and I needed a pillow for side sleeping support. I thought this pillow would be the ticket. It does support the neck area, but the head part is very uncomfortable. I would prefer the head part to be more fluffy, like a cloud, then flat like cardboard. I found this very uncomfortable and also very disappointed that I can't return it for a different type. It's getting married without dating and the consumer loses.

I have purchased a few Tempurpedic pillows over the years. This one is not the memory foam, which helped me so much over the years. The previous ones, you would kind of "melt" into. This is just "springy foam". It is constructed well, but definitely not the same. Instead of helping my neck, it hurts it. I would gladly pay twice the price for the original formula. If you sell the original under another name, please let me know.

Even through I got the large size, the pillow is not even large enough to fill the pillow case let alone support the curve of my neck when side sleeping. That said I still have to add an additional pillow under my head/neck for support. This was a waste of my money and I won't make this mistake again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The small neck pillow is not as thick or firm as the original neck pillow which I've purchased in the past, so I am disappointed. It is very thin and much less supportive for the neck, making it too thin and soft for my needs. I hope Tempur-Pedic will make this an extra small pillow, perhaps for children, and go back to the original structure of their neck pillow. I purchased the medium firm pillow, but it is almost too firm and too large for me. Alas, I am looking at purchasing another pillow from a different company.

I have purchased Tempur-Pedic products for the last 12 years. I have loved every mattress (3) and all pillows (4) I have purchased, until I purchased this one. I have neck and shoulder issues and was looking for something supportive. This pillow is not it. It is small, unsupportive, and has flattened significantly in the last 6 weeks. I wish returns were allowed for pillows as they would have been sent back after day 2.
