[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempur-Neck Pillow I purchased in 2013, worked great for years. Recently purchased this new pillow to replace the old one. I used it for a couple of weeks, found it to be very hard and it hurt my neck. Not happy with this purchase!

I have severe neck/disk injuries and these pillows save me and my sanity by supporting me and allowing pain relief and support. I will use til I leave this planet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see it first, I expected normal pillow dimensions but it is lot smaller than regular pillows. It is very firm as well. I can only use this pillow for side sleeping and in that too its not that comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2004, I had surgery on my neck and had plates and screws inserted to repaired damaged vertebrae. Beginning then, and for the next 20 years, I have only slept on a Tempur-pedic pillow. It provides the perfect support for my neck and since I started sleeping on it, I have not had any neck or shoulder pain. I can sleep on my back and my side and it provides perfect support. I have a travel Tempur pillow that I take whenever I travel elsewhere! I can't recommend it enough!! The key is you have to get the right size so make sure you do the measurements as they advise..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

I like this pillow. It is very supportive. I appreciate the fact that it comes in sizes. I have a very small neck and the pillows are always too large for me. This pillow fits me perfectly. It is firm but not hard. It is a perfect pillow for my wife and I.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I measured as instructed on the website, and thought it would make me a medium or a large, but the medium I got was comically large and a guess I should have been a small. There is no ability to return our exchange, so I'm stuck with something I can't use. Measure twice, order once!

for me, absolutely amazingly comfortable to sleep on, but I worry about the fresh paint smell, now six weeks out. If you roll over onto your stomach, with your face near the pillow, it is a very noticeable smell. You have to wonder, what is the smell? Is it dangerous? Even if it is not dangerous, why should my pillow smell like paint? It should either have no smell at all, or smell like bed linens, not paint.
