I get neck pain when my pillow does not fit my neck well. My old pillow lost its firmness. The tempur pedic fit perfectly and is not too hard , not too soft. My partner intends to buy one for herself.

Unfortunately the size of the pillow differs from the one I purchased with my bed, and it is just way to small. It also is not the same as far as comfort. I was very disappointed that you could not return even unopened products.

this pillow is a FAIL, even after airing out for almost 2 months it still REEKS of chemicals, my previous pillow that I purchased 10 years ago was not like this. was considering getting a bed but not a chance now!

I needed something that supported my neck while I slept. I would get a crick in my neck with other pillows. Thankfully that is a thing of the past since I started using my tempurpedic pillow.
