[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter who suffers neck pain caused by fibromyalgia. This pillow helps alleviate the pain and with getting a better night's sleep..she recommends this pillow for anyone looking for maximum comfort.

It's worth every penny, I love it! I have pain in the back for a long time and this pillow somehow does help a little. Every morning wake up, my neck won't feel tight anymore. One pity is I bought the small size cause I have a small head, however, I do feel medium size could support my neck better, because the higher side is supposed to hold your neck, not your head, and the small size has a low "high side" that is not enough for my neck.

This was something I knew going forward, but it is worth saying that it is true, and this pillow is very, very small. As to the pillow itself, I found it very uncomfortable. I typically like a very firm memory foam pillow and had used a different brand for about 10 years now. It had seen better days so I wanted to give this Tempur Neck Pillow a try. Even though I like a firm pillow I found this extremely firm; too firm for my taste. I used the pillow for a week in hopes that I would get used to it and that it might soften up a little. After using it for 7 days, my neck was hurting and my sleep was suffering because of it so I stopped using the pillow. Unfortunately Tempur has zero return policy on any pillows, so I'm stuck with this pricy, unusable pillow. Both my wife and daughter gave it a try as well, but they too found it uncomfortable. I realize the reason there is no return policy, but it does make ordering a pillow here a risky option. You can't try it out, and if you don't happen to like it, you're out a significant amount of money. Again, I knew all of this up-front, but didn't expect the pillow to be this uncomfortable. I'm back to using my 10 year old pillow.

Its probably the wrong size but there is a no-return policy so we are stuck with some pillows that are uncomfortable. Honestly they are the least comfortable pillows we own but we put it at 3 stars because there should be better direction on fit and returns at a price this high for a pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to purchasing this pillow, I woke up each morning with a sore neck. Since I started using the TEMPUR-Neck pillow, my pain has significantly diminished to the point where I rarely have any pain. It's just that comfortable and has helped me to sleep more soundly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would get headaches 3-4 times a week because of neck issues. I haven't had a headache since I started sleeping on my TempurPedic pillow. Seriously changed my quality of life for the better, by far.

It provides better support, but this is something I needed to get used to. My old pillow was worn out and didn't provide much support and the new one felt hard at first. I needed to adjust to the new firmness. I sleep hot and this pillow does not add to or improve the problem, but I am happy with it being neutral. I don't love the fact that no pillow cases fit this pillow.

I finally broke down and replaced my original TEMPUR-Neck Pillow that I have had for at least 15 years with a new one. The old one had just flattened out a little too much to keep up the right support. As I expected, the first night was hard to adjust to; I only used it for about an hour before waking up and using my original one. However, in no time at all, I not only adjusted to the new pillow, but once again feel the full neck support I need. These always have been and always will be my favorite pillows, and I never travel without them.

Other pillow manufacturers offer return or replacement. Not tempur-pedic. Looking for another pillow. To much to spend and have to donate to charity. Hope it will help someone
