[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was way to hard. My last pillow 15 years ago was so much different. And not being able to return/exchange the product is frustrating .

Within a week the pillow took a set and I was getting neck aches again. I will be looking for another non tempur pillow in the very near future. Don't waste your money even when it is 2 for 1.

I bought the pillow several weeks ago and there is still a lingering chemical smell. I have put the pillow outside, leaned it up against a wall so that all sides get air, etc. Still very smelly.

The Tempur Sales rep was very helpful in selecting the correct size neck pillow for my body and is like my previous Tempur neck pillow, super comfortable.

Extremely hard pillow - has taken me quite some time to get used to but a neck issue has compelled me to stick with it and try to break it in. Several times almost gave up. Do appreciate that I can sleep on my back or my side with it.

This is my second neck pillow. The first one lasted 18 years! I have hypermobility, so need good neck support when I sleep. They don't list this pillow for tummy sleepers, but I spend most of each night on my tummy, and it has always worked great.
