[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those who need very good cervical spine region and neck support, this is an excellent pillow. Yes, it is firm, but but malleable in the way all Tempur materials are. I use this pillow and have very good success with it as I have a special need for exactly this type of support.

I have used this pillow for 10 years now and will never buy anything else. I just replaced it with a new one so the cost is definitely worth it. I never have any neck or shoulder pain because of this pillow. Plus, I find it super comfortable. It cradles my neck and shoulders perfectly. It is on the firmer side so keep that in mind if you like a softer pillow. I don't like a soft pillow where your head sinks into it. I like to rest my head on top of the pillow and have it retain its shape. This pillow does that perfectly. It's great for both side and back positions. I love everything about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the tempur-Pedic neck pillow before living in Hawaii. I had it for over 3 years and loved it. I wouldn't get up with any stiffness or discomfort. I evenually also bought a full size tempur-pedic mattress which I love loved it there was no more back pain and every morning was a joy. And coming home from a stressful job and just being able to lie on my bed just melted away all the days havoc. Now living in Vegas and wasn't able to ship my mattress and I miss it everyday. During the summer in Hawaii it gets very hot and humid and the mattress had a cooling touch to it.

I did yet another online search, finding this pillow which seemed to encompass all the characteristics I wanted. I was intrigued! I purchased it, and have no regrets! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.

We ordered a medium and a small and both are so uncomfortable even after 30 days, and they're way too small for a standard pillow case. The worst part is they don't accept returns on the pillows so you just have to take the gamble. We thought it was a safe bet given how amazing their mattresses are, but sadly we lost that bet. Mattresses are a win but stay away from the pillows.

While I do enjoy the shape and firmness and that this pillow doesn't flatten as I sleep, I don't feel that it justifies the large price tag. Still have neck pain, so the search continues!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was a tremendous surprise as I was managing back and neck pain, but shortly after trying this pillow my sleep is less interrupted and I awake pain free. The shape and density of this is very comfortable!

The pillow is very comfortable and helped a ton with my neck pain the first few weeks of use. Now that I've had it a month, I am starting to notice the pillow sinking and it does not seem to be as supportive as it was at the start. I'm a bit disappointed in this based on the price spent and the short time it lasted.
