I had my last Tempur-Pedic pillow gifted to me back in 2005 and used it almost every night until I bought a new one only a few weeks ago. That's right, almost 20 years with one pillow! That's over 6,700 nights, over 45,000 hours of sleep. To think of all the dreams I've dreamt on a Tempur-Pedic pillow... Over the years, I've faithfully kept it clean and protected in a variety of third-party protective pillow cases and, aside from the expected wear and tear of almost two decades, it's still in great shape. It has always been comfortable and I got great sleep on it until the last night I used it when I switched it out for a new one. The pillow is both firm and soft in all the right areas, reacting to the pressure from your body to adjust and conform, gently cradling your head in almost any position. It's luxuriously soft while still being supportive, leaving no unnecessary strain on the neck or shoulders and never needing fluffing. The contours of the pillow are perfect for all sleeping positions and can be flipped around and adjusted for optimal support. The material seems to never lose its resiliency and can be folded or bunched up like a normal pillow without really affecting the material, although the need to do that with these pillows is almost non-existent! For those who like a little more elevation when sleeping, the pillow can also easily be slipped into any pillow case with another plush pillow to provide a bit of a different experience. The protective case that comes included removes easily for washing and the pillow material has no smell to "gas off" like other cheaper memory foam products, although care is required when washing the case to avoid damaging the protective lining. Although not necessary, to ensure the longevity of the pillow, I recommend using a cheap protective pillow case. Besides the pillow, I also have a Tempur-Pedic office chair that I've been using for about 6 years and previously used a Tempur-Pedic bed as well. I trust the quality, durability, and comfort of these products, so replacing my old pillow with a new one was a no-brainer. With the same regular care and cleaning, I fully expect to be sleeping on this pillow well into the next 10 years, if not longer!

I haven't used the pillow yet because it has a very strong chemical smell. I have 3 Tempur Pedic mattresses and pillows. I have used Tempur Pedic for 18 years and I have never had any problem with smell on any of their products. It's been about 6 weeks since I aired out the pillow but it still has a bad smell to it. I hoping soon I can use it since I can't return it. So disappointed since I love my other Tempur Pedic products .

I HAVE A TEMPUR - NECK PILLOW THAT I PURCHASED ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO AND THE QUALITY AND SURPRISINGLY FIRMNESS IS STILL BETTER THAN THE NEW TEMPUR-NECK-PILLOW! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT PILLOW CASE FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW. OR YOU GUYS CAN JUST SEND ME ONE AS A GOOD SHOW OF CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is harder than I expected. It would be better if the neck part not as deep so the head can fall in place better in the lower part. I would prefer a medium texture. Still working on getting used to it.

The pillow is very unique shape and great quality, but I move around during my sleep and in the morning, my head rested on top of the highest point of the pillow and tense up my neck. I love the quality (!!), but the shape is not for me... I would like to exchange the pillow to regular shape one, if possible. :-)

I gave it a shot even though it got bad reviews for comfort, size, and smell...and I did it because I invested in their mattresses and pillows in the past and loved those items! But this product is really not worth the price. After weeks of use (I gave it a shot!), my neck is still sore. It's really flat and only fits half of a standard pillowcase. Also the chemical smell is still there. This company needs to listen to all these bad reviews and offer a high-quality product (like the rest of its line). Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has helped with neck pain I was having recently, and I'm sleeping a lot better. the only reason it hasn't fixed it completely is I'm pretty sure I sleep face down on it sometimes, which is not really how it works :D

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a neuralgia in my scalp/neck which if I don't have the proper support for my head when I sleep, flares up into monumental pain. This is my second TEMPUR-Neck pillow (the first was destroyed by pet urine). Both have been godsends in keeping my neck stable. My only complaint is the size seems to have shrunk (and the foam material seems a little less firm) in the second iteration, but both remain adequate for my comfort.

Before this I was proving up pillows,putting anything under my neck to fill the gap.,and waking up with terrible pain. I don't have a lot of cartridge left in my neck, and have such arthritis in mr neck. Ihave received two different types of shots in my neck,but this pillow does allow me to sleep and wake up with very little pain.

Saw this pillow and read so many good reviews. So I decided to invest on an expensive pillow. I'm disappointed the fact that is not 100% comfortable. And since there's no exchange policy I'm stuck with this. I wish I could have got the one that doesn't have neck support. I did measure and did get the correct one. I bought one for my husband as well he says it's ok but uses it. The quality of the pillow is nice. Arrived on time.
