I am not able to use this pillow as a neck pillow, as it is way too firm and neither of the curves fits my neck. The pillow case is 100% poliester, the old ones had some cotton in them. The foam material is similar to a firm matress memory foam. Overall a big step down in quality. I am repurposing this as a really expensive knee pillow.

This is my second TepurPedic pillow. It was time to replace my pillow and there was no question about getting a second one, I can't sleep without it! It gives my neck the support and alignment it needs.

The pillows are way too hard. Bought them online so I cannot return them. Haven't used them for more than 5 minutes. Would not have bought them if I had read the return policy. $300 for pillows I cannot use.

This pillow is uncomfortable and I woke up many times a night trying to adjust the position. It never worked for me so I'm now having to find a more comfortable pillow that will lead to a better nights sleep. Save your money and look elsewhere.
