[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third purchase of this pillow and the only pillow that gives me relief in the cervical and shoulder area. It takes some adjustment to get used to, but well worth it.

Tempur-pedic is my brand. I am always loyal to their products. The products always exceeded my expectations. I am a lifelong customer and will always be.

It might be the tiniest, non-functional pillow ever. I got this pillow to replace my 10+ year tempurpedic pillows and not impressed at all. Waste of money.

This was definitely not what I had expected. The pillows were to small and the quality was not up to my expections. Can't wait until I receive my credit so I can get me some decent pillows.

I am not satisfied with the current neck pillow. I purchased one about fifteen years ago with my mattress and was very comfortable. I recently purchased a new one. I don't know why the design changed. It is not comfortable.
