[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been patiently waiting for this pillow to feel more comfortable after the break-in period, but it's been over 2 months of continued use and it's still quite stiff and has not adapted to my shape. When I sleep with it, I must use a knee pillow to even out, or else it causes more neck pain. But at this point I'm not sure if this pillow is actually improving anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was expensive and ordered to replace an older tempur neck pillow. Following the sizing guidelines I ordered a large size. The pillow was received in good shape, but proved to be extremely uncomfortable. It was too large and was very stiff - more so than my old pillow. I called to request an exchange, but was refused. I cannot use this pillow and am not happy with the poor customer service. I do not recommend this product or company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have learned the hard way I MUST bring my Tempur-neck pillow with me when traveling. Forgot my pillow last fall returned home with neck pain that lasted for months. I have used Tempur neck pillows for over 10 years. My main con with the pillows is their odor when they first arrive - it takes a couple months to completely dissipate. I have learned to purchase my next pillow 5 to 6 months before needed.

We purchased because we had one previously that was very comfortable. Did you change the material? We bought two based on liking the first one. BIG MISTAKE! Neither one of us can use these. Will never buy anything this expensive that cannot be returned.

This pillow is truly hard as a rock! I bought online for a great price but will replace as soon as I can get out to shop again after hip replacement.

This pillow provides the support I need to sleep with my neck in proper alignment without being stiff or rigid. It is perfectly comfortable to sleep on my back, side or stomach which is perfect for someone who doesn't stick to one position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the temperpedic pillow because I have has a membert foam pillow for years that I wanted to replace but this temper pedic pillow I received is so hard and does not behave like memory foam whatsoever. I'm not happy with my purchase and of course they don't accept returns so I wasted a good amount of money. This pillow is NOT soft, it's uncomfortable and rock hard I do not recommend. Feels like laying your head on a brick. Order a cheaper one somewhere else that's actually soft, don't believe the hype or the name of this company. Sooo overpriced for such a terrible pillow that's not giving what is was suppose to give.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband who is 6'3''. He only used it for one night before we put the pillow in our guest room. There are zero returns or swaps for Tempurpedic pillows so I would size down. I got the medium (per measurements) and it was too big for me, so now my husband uses that one. Such a bummer since our past pillows and mattresses have been awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow itself takes getting used to so let me explain. First, the shape itself takes getting used to. It's an unusual shape to begin with but you do get used to it after about ten sleeps on it. Secondly, it's a very stiff memory foam. Not a negative but again going from a worn pillow to this takes about ten sleeps to break in. Thirdly (which is why I only gave 3 stars) is the sizing is wrong. The website says if you're between two sizes, get the smaller one (between a medium and a large, get the medium). I did that and I've come to discover it's too small for me. I feel my neck could use the larger size and there's no return policy from Tempurpedic that would allow me to exchange and for the cost of one of these pillows, that's a major disappointment.

These are a little smaller, a lot harder, and don't fit the curve of our necks quite right. Low side feels too low, and high side is too high. Hopefully they will soften a little and work out for us.
