I think if it was thicker, and if it had a layer of cotton to soften it on top, I think it would be great. I have a extra soft tempur-pedic bed, and love it. I wish they did the same with this pillow by putting a softener on top.

A regular size pillowcase does not fit the neck pillow. It's frustrating. I have called and emailed saying this is not a large. It's for a kid. Great pillow ridiculous size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used and loved Tempurpedic neck pillows for years and loved them. The newest model which i recently purchased a pair of are tiny, made for a doll. Only pillowcases available for these undersized pillows are terrible quality. Why they had to shrink them down so small i cannot say but my guess is it's to save production costs. Also no longer available are the neck pillows with the cooling technology unless you buy a particular size, also a shame. I won't buy these anymore.

I bought two so I don't have to carry it back and forth after forgetting to bring it with me resulted in an achy neck. It's like sleeping on air it is so effortless. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had neck and upper back fusion in 2017. This is the only pillow I can use. It is amazing. It keeps my head at a neutral angle. I have traveled without it and that was a huge mistake! Without it I would wake with a horrible headache, sore neck and shoulders and no sleep. I now always bring one along. i am a side sleeper and very occasionally back sleeper and it feels so comfortable either way. I just love it! I am on my third one and ready to buy the fourth. I would like to see a travel one that is not as wide to save space. Thank You!

So I have a hard pillow that puts my neck at an awkward angle and defeats the therapeutic purpose of the pillow. I would not recommend.

I bought two medium neck pillows. They are both so hard we can't sleep with them. They do not conform at all. Do Not Buy!! I have two older neck pillows bought years ago from Tempur-pedic and they were great, since they are older I thought getting replacements were due. I was wrong, pillows are non-returnable so I am out. Not sure what is going on with the Tempur-pedic brand but the pillows are hard as a brick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is half the size of a regular pillow, so it is difficult to stay on it when turning in bed. However, it is extremely comfortable. If I were to buy another one, I would go for a queen size, or king size if available.

I had and loved a TempurPedic neck pillow for years-so much so that it was the difference between waking up daily with neck pain or not-but the replacement one I recently bought is much more shallow under my neck. I have a fairly small frame, so I think the small size should be correct according to measurements, but it's completely different than what I'd been accustomed to and loved. No ability to return/exchange the product, so I'm stuck with it.
