This pillow offers great support and I'm finally getting a good nights sleep. Even better, I'm not waking up with a stiff, sore neck.

I have had the pillow now for about 2 months and I have not had any neck pains. The pillow took some getting use to because it is very firm but now I don't notice it. So happy I made this purchase.

I have had issues for a long time sleeping with either too puffy or too flat pillows. I found I didn't sleep well and was irritable, tired and frustrated the next day. With the Tempur-neck pillow I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night! It's amazing! One more thing, it's actually lighter than the one I got over 10 years ago! We both love our neck pillow it does stop our neck pain and allows us to sleep better. We also have to twin long Tempur-Pedic mattress with adjustable bed frames and we love our beds and pillows. We will buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this pillow four years ago, and it was magic the first time I used it. It was time to replace it with a new one. I don't know what Tempur pedic did, but this pillow is unusable. I have now been to the chiropractor six times since getting it. It's as hard as a brick and it's not getting any better. It will not soften no matter how much I warm it, sit on it, walk on it, you name it. My chiropractor also bought a new one and said the same thing. This is beyond disappointing. I will never use this brand again. It's been a complete waste of money and time.

So so so small. Smaller than the twin sized pillows I was trying to replace on my king bed. I am sure there was sizing info somewhere in the details but I've never encountered such a small "large" pillow before. And even though it is still in the packaging I am now stuck with two of them. Annoying. I have no idea how they feel because they look like child pillows on my king bed so I can't use them.

After many years of using my first neck contour pillow, I ordered a new one. It was much firmer than my previous one and irritated my neck. Strong smell from the pillow despite washing the cover and allowing it to air out. I wish the return policy were different as I have liked this product in the past.

My neck and shoulders have not felt tense or tired when I wake up. I think this pillow is even correcting my posture. Love it!
