[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sleeping very comfortably on 24 inch contoured Tempur-Pedic pillow that was excellent for 15 to 20 yrs. I purchased the new contoured pillow which in my opinion was way to firm. Has resulted in a stiff neck. I did not know they made such a pillow. We have Tempur-Pedic mattresses for many years and they are great.

At first, this pillow seemed too hard to be comfortable. But my neck and back seemed to really like it and I have now been sleeping well on it for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and I would highly recommend this product.

The pillow is firm, which is great for him because he doesn't sink down through the night. He has very few headaches these days and he wakes up less stiff. This is definitely a winner.

Have been using a Tempur pillow for years & decided to get a new one. They have changed their foam formulation and the new formula is much firmer, and is not comfortable for me at all. It is a shame because I love my old one, but cannot use the newer one. They also don't accept returns on pillows, so now I am stuck with 2 of them.

Lying on the Tempur-Neck Pillow feels like lying on a bouncy water balloon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the measure on the website to determine the size pillow I needed, but it was waaay too small. The no return policy took me by surprise. It would have been better to buy the Tempur-Pedic pillow at a big box store, where I could actually see the size and make a determination about the appropriate size.

It took a little while to adjust but since I started using it my sleep has gotten significantly better. I have spine problems resulting in a very stiff neck. Since using this pillow my neck stiffness has at least been cut in half, if not more. I would highly recommend it.

Both my wife and I bought one of these pillows because we had tried it all!!! I bought many different brands, styles, firmness levels, and all from different stores and nothing would help solve our neck pain issues until this magical pillow. From night one we both felt a huge difference. I swear I am about to throw out about stack of about 10 pillows all stored in my closet that never helped
