[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old neck pillow that molds perfectly as my head sinks in to the pillow. I just needed a little bigger contour to better support my neck. I purchased the large size based on measurements. The new pillow is nothing like my old one. After a month of use, my neck is killing me. The pillow is so hard that it doesn't mold to my neck and head at all. It's like sleeping on a contoured rock. I'd like to hope that it just needs more "breaking in," but I think the formula has changed and it's just not going to work.

I purchased the curved neck pillow. I have had one for many years, was very happy with it and decided to purchase a new one. The new one had a HORRIBLE odor. I called the company. I was told to wash the cover and air out the pillow. I did this for 2 weeks. It still smelled terrible. Out of shear frustration I finally threw it out. I went back to using my original pillow. I was completely dissatisfied with the product.

It was time to buy a new one and while I love the new pillow and how it supports my neck, it's on the firm side so I get pressure points on my ears. It's different than my old one where I seem to remember you had options in the firmness you wanted. This time it seems only one option.

Have been using a Tempur pillow for years & decided to get a new one. They have changed their foam formulation and the new formula is much firmer, and is not comfortable for me at all. It is a shame because I love my old one, but cannot use the newer one. They also don't accept returns on pillows, so now I am stuck with 2 of them.

The most comfortable mattress and pillow available. I've slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for many years and find it so comfortable, unlike any other mattress I've ever experienced. Now I'm using the queen-medium neck pillow as well. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic products and encourage everyone to try them, you'll be well satisfied with the results.

I've been using this pillow for a long time and can't find anything I like better for my neck but why oh why is it baby size?? It is awkward in any standard pillow case, sliding around with extra fabric everywhere and looking silly on the bed. The worst part is it's too small to rest your arm on if you're on your side. PLEASE MAKE THIS IN A NORMAL WIDTH!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It might take a night or two to get used to this pillow because it is much firmer than any other style of pillow but once you do you'll probably love it...I do and so does my husband. Our latest purchase is to replace our two old Tempur-neck pillows but those are being relegated to our camper van so we'll still get mileage out of them. I prefer my pillow to feel cool so I like to use a satin pillowcase which works well for me rather than a cotton pillow case which I find to be too warm with this kind of pillow.

I am mostly a side sleeper and had trouble in the past finding a pillow that was firm enough to support my neck, yet would hold my head in the right position. This pillow does both. Best pillow ever, i would recommend to anyone who has trouble with their neck or shoulder. If you sleep on your back or side give this one a try, you will be glad you did.
