I have one that I keep at our vacation home, and it is great, so I decided to get one for home. The new one is a bit firmer than to old one, and it seems even more effective at controlling the neck pain. I have eliminated all of the other pillows, and I am now sleeping great. This is just what I needed!

I recommend the Tempur-pedic neck pillow because it provides excellent support whether I sleep on my side or my back. The pillow even prodives good support when I switch to sleeping on my stomach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this pillow, even went to a mattress store to try it out first. The salesperson gave me all the info about which pillow is best depending on what type of sleeper you are. I'm a side and back sleeper so this pillow sounds like it's the correct one for me. I tried it out for 5 days and it felt like it made my neck worse and then my upper back would hurt when I first woke up. I ordered the shortest or smallest one but it feels really high. I'm wondering if they sent me the wrong size? They don't allow returns so I am stuck with 2 of these pillows now. It was a buy 1 get 1 free deal but sadly I'm left with a pillow that makes my neck worse and can't get a refund.

We had Tempurpedic in the past but switched to another brand for awhile and it was not a good experience. We are glad to be back!

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.

The quality of the product is excellent. I have severe neck issues and can only you this type of pillow. Overall the experience has been positive and I have been able to sleep better since purchasing this pillow. My condition is severe as mentioned earlier so it is hard to find a pillow that is perfect for my specific needs. This pillow has been an improvement over my previous one so in that regard I can say it is a good pillow. Is it perfect for me, not exactly but again my condition isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this pillow to those who suffer from neck pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but not to firm, it is actually quite comfortable compared to other pillows I've used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is way to hard. there is not give at all to get confortable. The pillow is not long enough. Don't buy this pillow based on # of positive reviews. Make sure you test it if you can at a local store; otherwise don't make my mistake and end up with a useless brick with no returns. I followed the instructions and ordered a size M and its very unconfortable.

I measured myself and the pillow per specifications and it was too small. I reordered the next size up and it was still smaller than the previous version I have of the same pillow. Sizing has changed dramatically over the years. Unfortunately they don't take returns on pillows and local retailers don't have the ergonomic pillows in stock. Save yourself the hassle and the money.

I always had this stiff neck every morning felt like I slept on the wrong side of the bed . I thought I might try neck pillow . My neck felt fine next morning . So I have one at my daughter's house so I can sleep good when I stay at her house. Now I know why this neck pillow shape looks like this . No more stiff neck in the mornings. I told all of my friends about this pillow .great neck pillow.

They have all seen a lot of the world. I used to have serious neck problems, causing terrible headaches. I credit my pillow for being now headache free.
