[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Tempurpedic pillow has gone everywhere with me since I bought it in 2002. I love it. When it was time to buy a new one, (was it? It still was great), this was my choice. I was surprised at how solid and stiff it is - way different from my old one. Ok, yes, it could just be because it's new, we'll see. I still say Tempurpedic is the best.

I ordered the new one and he didn't like the way it looked. I told him to try it, it's not returnable. He tried it and everything was great! Good thing, I threw out the old one. I do wish there was a pillow protector for his pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

Purchased through BOGO and was shocked by the size of these pillows! I had to triple check my order in case I may have ordered a Travel version by accident. Tried using...straight away the chemical odor was so pungent I couldn't stomach using the first week or so. Then, once I did, they literally deflated flat offering little to no support. Sadly shoved in a box to donate since they are basically useless, while also looking ridiculous fitting (drowning rather) into my standard size pillow case. I wouldn't even torture a guest to use these. Maybe a 5 y/o would enjoy them purely for the miniature sizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began having horrible neck/back pains when I would wake up, but the Tempur- neck pillow changed all that for me. Not only do I not wake up in pain but I get a good nights rest. It is worth every penny for sure.

The most insulting part of this whole purchase is the fact that you cannot return or exchange a pillow. So I'm out a lot of money for one pillow that hurt my already sore neck. Will never buy another product from Tempur-pedic again. A lot of money for nothing.

I am a side sleeper most of the time, but even sleeping on my back this pillow is perfect. I have been using one of these for the last decade. I have tried others and have come back to Tempur-Neck pillow. It takes some breaking in but once it gets there it's the best sleep you can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tempur pedic neck pillow arrived very quickly and I was looking for to my neck relief. It helps somewhat but maybe the firm doesn't work for me. It helps a bit and maybe over time I will feel some relief as the pillow starts to loosen up but right now it doesn't give immediate relief. Quality pillow for the price & quick delivery, but not necessarily for neck relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tempur-Pedic! However the quality of this pillow is incredibly disappointing. It is literally as hard as a rock and doesn't get softer with use. I immediately get headaches every time I use it and I hardly get headaches at all. My husband and I joke about not throwing the "brick" around too carelessly or we could hurt someone. The shape would have been excellent and everything I needed if it weren't for how hard the pillow is. I wish they would have at least let me exchange the pillow (I knew immediately I didn't want it upon opening the box, with the pillow still within its plastic protective sheet. If super hard pillows are your jam, however, this pillow is for you!
