Best thing I have done for myself. I am a side sleeper & this pillow hands down relieves my aches & discomfort. Finally able to sleep through the night & wake up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered two pillows to replace worn out tempur-pedics we had for years, thought the sizing was about the height, not the width--the medium were so small that my pillow cases were floppy all over. Couldn't stand it, the return policy is non-existent. So, my pillows are in a closet as back up and I ordered something else.

At first it was a bit too firm, and using it as the picture shows (head resting on the larger side) actually caused pain in my neck. I had measured my neck distance before purchasing, but was worried I may have got the wrong size still. However, I started sleeping on the smaller side and it's been great. So far no cricks in the neck when I wake up, and my head and neck feel much more supported. I have also noticed less tension in my shoulders. After a while the pillow gets less firm and that's when I feel it really begins to do the trick. I feel like I don't have to support my head with my arms under my pillow anymore, like I've done with other pillows. Takes time to wear it in but I would recommend this for anyone who gets frequent neck cricks or has tension a lot.

I assumed I'd be small bc I'm only 5'3" but I'm a medium! I no longer have neck or shoulder pain, thanks to this pillow. The only thing I don't love (but have gotten used to) is how firm it is. I suppose it probably wouldn't work as well if it wasn't firm though!

It was way to hard, too short and nothing like my other perfect tempur prefix neck pillow that I had for over 15 years. I was trying to replace that pillow but the new ones are awful not even the same type of material definitely not with the money. I have been trying to pawn the pillow off onto others but no one that has stayed at my house finds it comfortable

I should have read the description better because I'm a side sleeper majority of the night. These are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. I regretted buying them after only one night and tried to return them based on the "Satisfaction guaranteed" on the website. However, I was very disappointed to learn pillows are not included in that guarantee and refunds are not given. This was the first and last time, I buy pillows online.

A friend recommended this pillow to me that was shaped exactly like what I was trying to get my soft pillows to be! My only concern in the beginning was that it looked too firm and might feel too hard for the back of my head. After using this pillow for several months now, I'm one satisfied customer! The contour of the pillow fits the back of my neck comfortably. And while firmer than other pillows I've used in the past, the material of the pillow molds around your head so it is the perfect balance of comfort and support that I need to get a good night's sleep without getting neck pain when I wake up.

This pillow is perfect for my neck. I was in an accident years ago and continually have problems with my neck when waking up and having my neck hurting from sleeping wrong. I have been using my new pillow since the day I got it. Thank you Tempur Pedic. I would recommend this pillow definately. The size is good. I was not sure if the medium would be good. It works. I am small framed but did not want to get one too small. My husband measured to help me figure it out. He did good. Lol
