[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helps my neck and shoulder. I sleep on my side mostly. I measured between sizes and they say to go with the smaller size. I went with the large anyway and think it's maybe a little big so I'll probably order a medium at some point.

I picked the large pillow and I expecting it to be pretty big on size but very disappointing on it.... it's small like the pillow my son use. I have a king sizes big and it's way too small.... pillow is okay but with that size I need like 4 to fit the bed. Need to come up with bigger size pillow. I was thinking about returning it

Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is even harder than sleeping on my own arm while laying on the floor. Excellent contour, however. I bought this same pillow in 2007, and to this day, over 15 years later, it's still 10x better than this fossilized brick. Look elsewhere for your pillow needs.

I bought the neck pillow hoping it would help with my tension headaches. I have noticed a lot less neck stiffness and fewer headaches since I started using this pillow. It took a few nights to get used to the different shape, but now I can't imagine going back to a "regular" pillow. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to have Tempur Pedic Pillows that were wonderful, and we could hardly even sleep without them. We had them for 13 years. However, the quality of this product has gone down considerably. They are extremely hard, and do not form to your head like they used to. They slide out from under your head, and my husband has had a serious neck ache since we started using them. It used to be like sleeping on a cloud, now it is like finding the nearest rock. Not fun. I can tell they have cheapened their product, by using more affordable but not as quality product to make their pillows.

I bought a bed ( 14 years ago)and the pillows came with it. My pillows needed to be replaced and my husband bought some other one. We bought a lot on defense brands. He then said we are going to try My Pillows. Will I couldn't sleep on any of them. So I put my foot down and told him I'm going to buy me a Tempur-neck pillow. And I'm so glad I did. I'm sleeping better and my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. Love the pillows. Next time I'm buying the king size.

Not only was the pillow too small - not the size I currently have - but the foam is different, and not as comfortable as the one I currently have. Read the fine print - the pillow is NOT returnable - so I have a pillow that I cannot use.

I've been using this pillow for a long time and can't find anything I like better for my neck but why oh why is it baby size?? It is awkward in any standard pillow case, sliding around with extra fabric everywhere and looking silly on the bed. The worst part is it's too small to rest your arm on if you're on your side. PLEASE MAKE THIS IN A NORMAL WIDTH!
