However the pillow is very stiff, to the point where I am not very comfortable sleeping on it. I keep it on my bed and continue to try and make it my primary pillow, but I have not been as pleased with it as I would have hoped.

Before this I was proving up pillows,putting anything under my neck to fill the gap.,and waking up with terrible pain. I don't have a lot of cartridge left in my neck, and have such arthritis in mr neck. Ihave received two different types of shots in my neck,but this pillow does allow me to sleep and wake up with very little pain.

I'm 6 foot tall, 190 pounds and I bought the medium neck pillow. The pillow is too narrow. My head didn't fit in the curve of the pillow and the bump that goes under your neck forces you to sleep on your side always, that is, you can't sleep on your back because the bump is too big and pushes your neck up too much. I took advantage of the two for one deal and gave the other pillow to a friend. He had the same problems. It's just not a comfortable pillow. What's worse is that there are no returns on pillows :(

This is it! I was given a free pillow with purchase of mattress and I chose the neck pillow. I was going through a very stressful period and the stress collected in my neck and shoulders. This pillow made all the difference. I never went back to a regular pillow and that was 15+ years ago. So my hubby started having neck pain and he wanted my pillow. I immediately ordered him is own neck pillow. It takes about two weeks to break it in and get use to it so don't give up on it. You will grow to love. My hubby has not went back to his regular pillow like he originally planned. He is hooked now. Just would like to suggest that Tempur-Pedic make it bigger like the original neck pillow.

I have been buying this pillow for the past 20 years. One every year. I recently bought 2 for my husband and myself and was so disappointed. They are both so soft and feel like there is nothing to them. Not like the older ones at all. I don't know what I'll do now.

The part that goes under your neck is just too bulky, and the foam is too firm for us. I wish there was an exchange option because we'd send these back if we could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new Tempur Neck pillow to repace the one I have had for years. It is a little larger than the older one, but I like it even more! Same comfy sleep I have had before. It does sleep a bit warm, but using a second pillow case takes care of that for me. Getting buy one/get onw was a plus!

I hesitated to try the TEMUR-Neck Pillow because I thought it was a little pricey. I decided to give it a try when I found a BOGO offer, and I must say, it was worth every cent and then some. Please give this a try, you will not be disappointed.

The website describes the pillow as 20 inches wide, but it was only 18 inches wide. I called and they said they would send a replacement. It was also only 18 inches wide also. I called again and they said the website says the measurements are estimates. I can understand it being off by a fraction of an inch, but being consistently short by 10% doesn't seem right. I like the neck support and the material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Tempur pillows for years but these are a disappointment. The neck roll is too high and the pillows are too hard. The pillows on our King size bed are getting old and we bought these for travel to test before trying to replace the ones on our bed. These are smaller than a standard pillow but are listed as long, so I don't know where we can find actual King size. I hoping I can return both pillows.
