I bequeathed my Tempur-pedic neck pillow to him 15 years ago, and he used it every night...until it needed replacing due to age and the fact that the pillow case that wraps around the the pillow was threadbare. I had feared he new one would not be as good because companies tend to change things very often, but I was pleasantly surprised that this neck pillow is just as good as the old one. I guess Tempur-pedic had it right from the start and didn't need to improve om something that was already perfect! The neck is in perfect alignment when he lays on his back or on his side!

In search of a solution, I turned to numerous forums for advice, where I found a highly recommended premium mattress and pillow brand. Despite the hefty price tag, I decided to invest in them, hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep problems persisted. It was only after a conversation with a friend, who suggested I specifically try a Tempur pillow, that I took note of the brand. Initially, I was skeptical, and when I didn't see an improvement, I expressed my frustration to him. He clarified, suggesting the Tempur Neck pillow, emphasizing that not every model from the brand was suitable for everyone. Following his tailored advice, I tried the Tempur Neck pillow, and to my relief, I started experiencing restful sleep every night.

Because Tempurpedic does not accept returns of these kinds of items, I had to just get rid of it and did so after a week of owning it.

The one I received is very stiff, more so than any other I have purchased. While I am disappointed, I am trying to get used to this pillow. I will not buy this type again.

He measured right at 6inches so I got the lower one as described, but I feel it would have been best to go with the larger one. Im not sure if the size was the issue for him, but since he didn't like it, I just gave it to my son. There is not returns on pillows, so you can regift it if needed. Otherwise, I sleep with it every night and my neck has stopped hurting . I am very satisfied with the product.

If you like firm, and I mean firm firm, this is the pillow for you. It definitely offers support, but I have never experienced a pillow that is this firm. Very little give. I’m giving it the stars because while I feel it is hard and uncomfortable, it does offer contoured support, so it’s doing its job, I suppose. So if you’re looking for something that supports and doesn’t really have and “give”, and you don’t like soft pillows, then go with this.

I should have read the description better because I'm a side sleeper majority of the night. These are the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. I regretted buying them after only one night and tried to return them based on the "Satisfaction guaranteed" on the website. However, I was very disappointed to learn pillows are not included in that guarantee and refunds are not given. This was the first and last time, I buy pillows online.

And did not open the plastic covering. I called to exchange the 2 pillows for the right size, but I was told because they were delivered, could not exchange them. Still sealed in the plastic but can't use them. So sad. Not happy.

After sleeping on this pillow I've experienced a ton of relief from the nerve pain. It did what I was hoping it would do. Best pillow for neck support by far. Worth the money. My only complaint would be that it is a little tall when I sleep on my back but it's perfect when I'm on my side which I am majority of the time.
