I have used this type pillow for many years. I use it for my upper back primarily where I have scoliosis and it helps a lot! I get a new one periodically because it seems to make a difference. Similar products by other manufacturers are just not as good. I depend on this Tempur-pedic pillow! It has been a real blessing.

Despite taking measurements, the pillow does not provide enough height. Its also not as long as i expected and does not fit in standard pillowcases. Return or exchange policy is much needed. Other pillow companies offer trials, tempur-pedic should too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older tempurpedic pillow and wanted a new one. This one appeared to be the same in the photo. I bought size small. As some reviewers had said, the memory foam on this one was so hard it was painful. The older pillow had a lower profile and would cushion my head and support my neck. This one was hard and unyielding. I tried sleeping on the lower side, but then my neck wasn't supported.

TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been my pillow for over 20 years, still essentially the same great pillow, where I rest my head, my rock, metaphorically speaking. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been there for me, outlasted jobs, homes, relationships. It's delivered me thru thick and thin, thru life's proverbial ups and downs. There is no other product or company that I can think of that has given me more value or has been there as an essential part of my life for longer. I'm grateful, Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows have good support, but are not very big. They are not very long. We ordered a medium and the height of it is not very big either. I would recommend a large. The quality is very good though!

After it wore out I tried buying every pillow that would come close to the neck pillow. Nothing ever worked like the temperpedic pillow. That's when I saw the BOGO and I got 2 for the price of one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had a similar tempur pillow i bought in like 2014 or 15. it was great, complete awesomeness, never had neck or shoulder funk in the morning. this one feels like i'm sleeping on a phonebook, a very thin one. super disappointed that there is that much difference between a queen & a standard, this is like a child's pillow.

I was nervous about it because I wanted the pillows to be comfortable. Next time I will get the next size up!

I bought this pillow with hopes it would help my neck pain. I have a tempurpedic mattress and love it. This pillow is horrible, however. It's not just "firm", it's hard as a rock. I ordered the size small based on my measurements and it is MUCH too small. It put pain on my shoulder when side sleeping, even though I am a petite, 5' 3" woman. It's a shame tempurpedic does not offer returns, I am very disappointed.
