[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow went beyond firm into hard as a rock. Sadly I bought two. One was never even taken out of the box and they would not allow me to return it. If you like hard pillows it might be worth a shot but beware the return policy.

The representative was very understanding and immediately shipped a replacement pillow. I love my Tempur pillow! I even take it when I travel because no other pillow has the neck support I need. This is my second Tempur pillow. I had my first one for 19 years! Granted, I should have replaced it a bit sooner, but it lasted! I really appreciate the washable cover. Also, I have chemical sensitivities, so I always have to let new things off-gas before using them. This new pillow took very little time to off-gas, which is a good sign.

We've been tempurpedic owners since 2001 but decided to get new pillows (and mattresses as it turned out!). We've had our new standard neck/shoulder pillows for about a month now and the improvements from 2001 are great. The pillows feel lighter so I was worried about them for support but shouldn't have been concerned. The new ones hold up just as well as our old ones. These new ones feel lighter (not as dense) and cooler. The new covers are nice and easy to wash.

While it might be perfect for some, for me it just didn't feel right. The overall construction and material is good, but the comfort isn't there for me.

But for side sleepers like my spouse, the medium size is too small & not to his liking. Luckily we got the BOGO deal so we have 1 unused pillow.

The pillows on our King size bed are getting old and we bought these for travel to test before trying to replace the ones on our bed. These are smaller than a standard pillow but are listed as long, so I don't know where we can find actual King size. I hoping I can return both pillows.

I bought two medium neck pillows. They are both so hard we can't sleep with them. They do not conform at all. Do Not Buy!! I have two older neck pillows bought years ago from Tempur-pedic and they were great, since they are older I thought getting replacements were due. I was wrong, pillows are non-returnable so I am out. Not sure what is going on with the Tempur-pedic brand but the pillows are hard as a brick!
