But since the new pillows aren't returnable I am using them by putting my head on the lowest corner. I assume the old ones were medium too, but the tags didn't say and unfortunately I tossed them out before I tried the new ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a large, thinking it would be best on our king sized bed. Then I saw it should be based on my measurements... I had ordered on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning to change to medium. Customer Service (not available on Sunday) said I had to call within 2 hours of ordering (even though they weren't there???). The pillow is too large for me, not returnable. It is hard and having difficulty adjusting to it.

I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. So when it came time to replace mine, after many years, I went back to Tempurpedic. As an additional bonus, they are now certified by CertiPUR-US, an important confirmation of the excellence of the product for me.

Using my Tempur-Neck Pillow has reduced my neck pain considerably. This pillow has allowed me to reduce my chiropractor visits. Of the neck pillows offered by Tempur-Pedic, I chose the only one without cooling, as it is the only one made of firm material. According to many reviews, the other models of neck pillows made with cooling were comprised of a softer material; these reviewers preferred a harder pillow to hold the neck more stable while sleeping. When Tempur-Pedic combines the Tempur-Neck Pillow with the cooling material, I believe they will sell even more of that product. In the meantime I am very pleased with what I have, even though it does become warmer, and am thankful that using this pillow has gotten rid of most of my neck pain. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!!!

These pillows are not the original neck pillows that I purchased years ago. They stink and have been airing out since I received them, so I have not been able to use them. Very disappointing. Was considering a mattress to but there is no chance of that. FAIL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of neck pain, which included getting massage to try to address it, it came to me, "You need to return to using the TEMPUR-Neck contour pillow." (About a year ago, after I simply had to toss my old contour pillow from too many years of use, I switched to a different type of pillow.) So, following my intuition, I bought a new contour pillow. After some effort to break in the pillow a bit (e.g., sitting. on the pillow for a while), I slept on the new pillow. The next morning, my neck felt much better and after the second or third night, it was completely gone.

I have tried many contour pillows and many specialty pillows and the Tempurpedic pillow outperforms them all. When I got the large pillow, it really solved a lot of sleep issues for me. My next purchase is going to be a Tempurpedic mattress!

The pillow is small! And the curved part that is supposed to support my neck does not. I selected medium size based on the measurements on the website and the pillow does not match the measurements. Plus, it is not firm like the website mentions. The pillow is as if it's meant for a child and I don't believe my neck and shoulder are staying supported all through the night. Plus, you're not allowed to return and get refunded for the pillows! Even if you don't open the packaging. Shady!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking advantage of a promotion, this pillow was purchased at the same time as the TEMPUR-Ergo Cooling Neck Pillow. Discovering the size was not appropriate for my body, this item has never been opened. The company was not responsive to exchanging it for the small size. The item remains unopened in the sealed box it arrived as I pursue options to recoup costs donating for a tax deduction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace one that I've had for many years. Maybe I'd worn the original one down but this one felt thicker and I bought it specifically because I wanted a flatter pillow for relieving neck pain. However, this one seems to work fine.
