I have difficulty sleeping most of the time. My new TempurPedic pillow was a relief. I have everything I need for a good night sleep. Only problem I have .... I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells. Why does my pillow smell like it came out of a vat of chemicals from a factory? I have put every possible protective cover on the pillow, even doubled up and I still smell the chemicals. This is not good for sleep...I'm back to trying to find another expensive pillow I can buy and start over. At this cost it should smell like baby powder!

I've had both of my shoulders injured due to football so shoulder pain wasn't as much of a bother as the stiff neck pain which came with it. I recently purchased the Temper-Pedic Large due to my broad shoulders. I have decided never to go back! I haven't woken up with any stiff neck or shoulder pain since the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not just firm but extra firm, so it didn't yield/squish down at all under the weight of my head. Because of that, it stayed excessively lofty, which for me meant that even a medium was too high, as it wrenched my neck. Had I known any of this before ordering, I would've selected the small (assuming it's small/accommodating enough). So now, the only thing I use this medium for is as a backrest; sleeping on it simply kinks my neck.

I had a tempur-neck pillow for 10 years and want to buy a new one to replace the old one. But the quality is totally difference from the previous pillow. They are not as comfort as before, I can't sleep on that for a minute and my neck hurt. The worst thing is that the pillow is non-returnable. The pillow is so expensive and you can't return it even though you are not satisfy with the product. Don't try your luck!!

I bought a king size neck pillow several years ago. It was quite long. I needed to replace it, and found that Tempurpedic no longer made the long, king size neck pillow. Instead, I receive a very small pillow, way way too small. The depth, density, hardness are all great, but I need it longer. Very frustrating. Aside from the dimensions of the pillow, it's great. Not one store in the area, or even on-line with the Tempurpedic website could resolve this, so I went ahead and bought the short neck pillow.

The most comfortable mattress and pillow available. I've slept on a Tempur-Pedic mattress for many years and find it so comfortable, unlike any other mattress I've ever experienced. Now I'm using the queen-medium neck pillow as well. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend Tempur-Pedic products and encourage everyone to try them, you'll be well satisfied with the results.

My original pillow (still perfect) left as my daughter sneaked it out of the house as she took it with her to work at a ski resort in Colorado! I tried to sleep without it but after one month I started getting really sore neck pains. After deciding I needed to order another one, my neck once again felt immediate relief with my new Tempur pedic neck pillow. I don't think I'll ever not have one on my bed again! I was surprised that the style and feel didn't even seem to change in 15 years, goes to show that when you get something right- you don't change it. Thanks so much Tempur-pedic!

This pillow is tiny and hard as a brick. I don't really understand it so far. One side of it is extremely low, like I don't see how it would be good for anyone, and the other side is extremely high-- possibly too high for me, even though I measured myself to see what size would be best. I haven't been sleeping well with this pillow, so far. What am I missing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is rather small for a large sized pillow and it is difficult to find a comfortable position when sleeping on it. I believe if the pillow were a little bigger it may potentially do the job.
