I bought this pillow thinking I was replacing a wonderful one that I'd had for years. I'm not sure if I ordered wrong, if the product has changed over the years, or what. I do know that what I received was small, less luxurious, and seemed much more cheaply made than the pillow I had & loved. It's a bummer.

I have severe neck/disk injuries and these pillows save me and my sanity by supporting me and allowing pain relief and support. I will use til I leave this planet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE Neck Pillow" is no more. For some reason, the size, quality and support has CHANGED. I've been using the neck pillow for decades. This new rollout and revamp is terrible. No support, the pillow flies all over the place because it's light as a feather and it is sized for a child. Worst of all, coming as a total curveball I am out the money. Tempur isn't doing anything to make this right. Don't make the mistake especially if you are familiar with the neck pillow and what it used to be. So sad because neck issues are a real thing and this pillow imo isn't going to help many people.

I like the firmness and sleep well, but am still perfecting the size. I measured according to the instructions on the web page, but I think they need to adjust it some way.

I recently ordered one for my husband, plus one spare to leave in our camper. No idea how many different pillows I've purchased over the years for my bad neck.....this one is the BEST!

Pillow is not wide at all. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions. Doesn't even come close to filling out a normal standard size pillowcase. If you tend to move around at night, or sleep in any position other than on your back, this is not the pillow for you

I already had temperpedic pillows I bought more because I like temperpedic. They are very comfortable. My only problem was the nasty smell. I could not use the pillow and called them about it. They told me to squeeze it !!!!!!! After a whole month the smell is getting better or may be I am getting used to it !!!
