This pillow did not look comfortable to me. In the last 2 years I have bought several pillows to help with neck pain. Due to 2 neck surgeries. This pillow went on sale. I was desperate and hoped it was going to be a good purchase. Unable to return and the high price. Along with previous failed attempts in the past to find a good pillow for me. This pillow is so amazing! So glad that I tried it. Would like to see it available in king size in the future. Other than that it is perfect! And due to the sale at the time my husband got a new pillow also. Super happy!

Then I ordered several of these Tempur-Pedic pillows and felt such relief as these pillows provided the neck support I needed. I only gave it 4 stars because I had trouble finding pillow cases that fit these because of the pillow size-slightly smaller than other pillows. Still the support these pillows provided were well worth the purchase.

As with all Temper-Pedic products it performs exactly or better than advertised. All their products are high quality and you absolutely get more than your moneys worth. You cannot go wrong. I have had a temper-pedic bed for years and I regret waiting this long to finally purchase a pillow. Order it now. You will be thrilled. I have never slept better.

This pillow was bought for my wife who has some stenosis in the neck. Since acquiring this pillow, her neck and shoulder issue has improved considerably. She tried the medium neck pillow first and the quarter-inch difference in height was noticeable. We just wish you sold (separately) pillow cases that would fit this product.

I no longer wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders because the foam (or the materials Used) form to your neck and actually, an added bonus is that your hair doesn't get messed up at all during the night

Since purchasing, it is so much easier to fall asleep and stay asleep because my head and neck are SO comfortable!!

I have had issues for a long time sleeping with either too puffy or too flat pillows. I found I didn't sleep well and was irritable, tired and frustrated the next day. With the Tempur-neck pillow I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night! It's amazing! One more thing, it's actually lighter than the one I got over 10 years ago! I would highly recommend this pillow to everyone! thank you

When I woke up almost daily with a neck ache, I bought a contoured pillow and found it supported my neck and alleviated the pain. I graduated to a TEMPUR-Neck Pillow and was glad of it; it provided even more support. When my husband began having neck pain, I bought him one and, again, it did the trick. My only complaint is that even the large size, which I got for him, is terribly small in our pillowcases. I hope TEMPUR-pedic will consider making them a bit bigger (but not raising the price too much!).

I use to have one of these pillows and LOVED it......what I recently ordered and received was NOTHING compared to what I had. This pillow is so small that it drowns in a regular size pillow case. It is not very supportive compared to what I had!!! I am just blown away at the lack of quality. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The title said "large" but it is smaller than small. A size for babies, but falsely titled large, very deceptive. Comfort wise it is like putting my head on rock or a wooden log. I would give negative five if I could or at least a zero but none of those are options. I contacted the customer service with the size concern, they said "the size is mentioned on the website" therefore can't take it back even though it is still in the original pack and unused. This is absolutely strange. If customer is dissatisfied, the seller takes the product back happily and with apology. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH TEMPERPEDIC. I was about to buy a king size mattress from Temperpedic, but thank God, I know the reality of Temperpedic now. I would never buy any temperpedic product nor would I recommend.
