He was changing pillows multiple times at night and was still waking up with pain. Since he changed his pillows to this one he sleeps through entire night like a baby and almost stopped snoring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very much enjoyed the neck support of this pillow. It is made of high quality materials and send like it will keep it's shape for years to come. Two draw backs are that it doesn't consistently reduce snoring of back sleepers and it's very difficult to find a pillow case for it's special size.

After a reverse shoulder replacement which required wearing a sling and sleeping in a recliner chair for 4 weeks, I developed a pain in my neck. I went to a licensed Medical Message professional for treatment and she recommended a foam pillow. Since I had a Tempurpedic mattress, I investigated and found the sizing chart which is what I purchased. In conjunction with the medical message, the pillow has helped me maintain the muscle and tendon corrections that I have achieved, relieving the pain. I love the case that allows me to take my pillow with me when traveling.

This pillow is perfect for my neck. I was in an accident years ago and continually have problems with my neck when waking up and having my neck hurting from sleeping wrong. I have been using my new pillow since the day I got it. Thank you Tempur Pedic. I would recommend this pillow definately. The size is good. I was not sure if the medium would be good. It works. I am small framed but did not want to get one too small. My husband measured to help me figure it out. He did good. Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two medium sized pillows based on my neck and shoulder measurements, per the company's website. This size was uncomfortable and the company refused to exchange the pillows for the smaller sized pillows despite them still being in the plastic wrapping.

I've struggled with back and neck pain for years. When it was time for a new pillow I decided to try the TEMPUR-Neck pillow. I used it for seven nights and each night the pain got progressively worse. By the seventh night I could feel the design pulling my muscles in the wrong direction no matter which position I slept in. I didn't sleep at all that night due to the pain. I've switched back to my old pillow and feel much better now. Probably would have given up on the TEMPUR-Neck pillow earlier if I could return it, but wanted to make sure it was the issue because I had spent so much money on it.

This is the hardest and most uncomfortable pillow I have ever seen. I haven't even taken it out of the plastic and you won't accept it back. I am a physician who has recommended Tempur Pedic to patients and I will never do that again. In fact anytime Tempu pedic is spoken from my mouth it will be to warn people never to buy any of your products! I have thousands of patients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows have good support, but are not very big. They are not very long. We ordered a medium and the height of it is not very big either. I would recommend a large. The quality is very good though!

Purchased through BOGO and was shocked by the size of these pillows! I had to triple check my order in case I may have ordered a Travel version by accident. Tried using...straight away the chemical odor was so pungent I couldn't stomach using the first week or so. Then, once I did, they literally deflated flat offering little to no support. Sadly shoved in a box to donate since they are basically useless, while also looking ridiculous fitting (drowning rather) into my standard size pillow case. I wouldn't even torture a guest to use these. Maybe a 5 y/o would enjoy them purely for the miniature sizing.

Ordered it and immediately my pain disappeared. Immediately! Wow! I thought I'd need physical therapy intervention but this pillow saved me and now I get a great nights sleep!
