[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is good for when you first lay on it, and instantly can feel pressure/tension release at the neck and base of the skull. However, after a while, the firmness of the pillow becomes too much and starts to be uncomfortable. This is my experience with the medium sized pillow. Also not too happy that the pillow cannot be returned or exchanged. I would like to try the small sized pillow as that might be the better fit for me, but don't want to spend that kind of money on another pillow! Lastly, the length of the pillow is rather short.

This was the best pillow I ever used- for about a week. Then it broke down and has no firmness to it at all. I'm pretty disappointed because Tempur-Pedic's products have been very good to me in the past. Sorry to say I will probably not be buying in the future.

I HAVE A TEMPUR - NECK PILLOW THAT I PURCHASED ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO AND THE QUALITY AND SURPRISINGLY FIRMNESS IS STILL BETTER THAN THE NEW TEMPUR-NECK-PILLOW! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT PILLOW CASE FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW. OR YOU GUYS CAN JUST SEND ME ONE AS A GOOD SHOW OF CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a new neck pillow to replace an aging neck pillow that I received in 2007 with my original Tempurpedic mattress. That pillow had started to wear down and the neck crease had worn down to the point it wasn't giving my neck the support it needed. I was waking up with headaches. So I ordered a new set. I was excited to get two for the price of one. However, this pillow is NOT the same quality as the old one from 2007. In fact, when they say "extra firm", they mean it. This pillow is as hard as rock. It does not conform to the shape of the neck. In fact, it doesn't conform at all. It is rock hard and very uncomfortable. My headaches have only gotten worse and now I have neck strain on top of it. I would definitely not recommend this neck pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because after a couple of neck surgeries I needed a pillow that would help me sleep comfortably and provide support and alignment for my neck and back. My regular pillow just wasn't doing the job any more. I also sleep on a Tempur pedic bed for the same reason. My only complaint is that I feel the pillow should be longer.

Despite receiving PT, OT, pain management medication and having purchased an adjustable bed with a special mattress, I still had chronic neck pain. With this pillow, I'm now sleeping better, experiencing far less pain, and have a healthier appetite!

I got two of these pillows after sleeping on a pillow that looked like these.. ended up being a different pillow brand. These are sooooo stiff it kills my neck .. I don't use these ever and wake up with a goodnights rest. Stiffness kills my neck. Was considering using them as a skid steer seat since it's not going under my head

Since I started using the Tempur-Neck Pillow, I am extremely pleased with the amazing sleep I am able to get with it gently bracing my neck! I am now on my 2nd Tempur-Neck Pillow and have even bought one twice for my daughter. We now each own the Travel Tempur-Neck Pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of neck pain, which included getting massage to try to address it, it came to me, "You need to return to using the TEMPUR-Neck contour pillow." (About a year ago, after I simply had to toss my old contour pillow from too many years of use, I switched to a different type of pillow.) So, following my intuition, I bought a new contour pillow. After some effort to break in the pillow a bit (e.g., sitting. on the pillow for a while), I slept on the new pillow. The next morning, my neck felt much better and after the second or third night, it was completely gone.
