I’m aside and a stomach sleeper and love this pillow. My last pillow from Tempur-pedic I had for more than 10 years and figured it was time for a replacement. They truly last forever. The pillow is very firm at first and takes a week or two to get broken in, but I have a herniated disc in my neck and it provides me the right amount of support that I have less pain after using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the pillow is great, definitely perfect for allowing a very comfortable side position while sleeping. However, the pillow is so hard it's like sleeping on a slightly padded brick. There is barely any give and it almost gives you a headache just from the firmness. I've tried sitting on it, stepping on it, and it never gets softer.

When I got my pillow, the smell was very bad and strong. So I let it sit in my living room for three days try to let the smell run out. But it did not! So I take off the cover and washed it hope the smell disappears. It did get a bit better, at least I can sleep on it without getting a bad headache.

This pillow is tiny and hard as a brick. I don't really understand it so far. One side of it is extremely low, like I don't see how it would be good for anyone, and the other side is extremely high-- possibly too high for me, even though I measured myself to see what size would be best. I haven't been sleeping well with this pillow, so far. What am I missing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I have slept on a tempur-pedic pillow for the majority of my adult life. Recently I decided I should replace my pillow. I decided totry a different type of pillow. To my dismay I started having neck pains in the morning. I didn't feel rested. I decided it was caused by my pillow. I ordered a new tempu-neck pillow and guess what? The neck pain disappeared!

I can tell you that I would at least need a large. Cannot return pillows, which they were clear about, but it was quite a lot to spend on pillows I can't use and was mislead on per their instructions. It would work for a toddler. I have had constant neck pain since using the pillow, I have since stopped and am back to my old unsupportive pillow (which is somehow better) while I searching for another brand.

I have tried so many name brand and generic pillows over the years. Many companies claim that their pillow is firm, but it is not! The Tempur Neck pillow is PILLOW PERFECTION!!! I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! It is the best most comfortable pillow that I have found! It is indeed firm support as stated & maintains a comfortable temperature. My sleep quality has improved greatly! I bought the large size and it provides a very comfortable sleep while on my side or back. I am so pleased with the Tempur (firm) Neck Pillow that it has become my new birthday gift to family and friends. My daughter and husband love this pillow so much they have asked me where they can but a second one as a reserve. Firm pillows aren't for everyone, so some may be caught off guard when they try a (firm) supportive pillow for the first time. But, if you are looking for a true ergonomic FIRM neck pillow, I suggest giving this pillow a try. I think it's the BEST!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pillow because my old cervical pillow had nothing left to it (not a tempurpedic). I was pleasantly surprised! The pillow is soft to the touch, but firm with lots of support. I never knew where to stick my arm when i side slept until this pillow. Gives your head and neck the right support to allow proper body placement when sleeping. Perfect for back or side sleep. Quality pillow.

It's a well made pillow. I had one for the very first tempurpedic pillows like 20 years ago. It was perfect size and softness. The newer model seems to be a little harder and I got the large and it's a little too high where my head lays. I thought "large" meant length but it actually means height. If I order again I will definitely get the medium or even small.

My husband & I purchased our very first Tempurpedic pillows 20 years ago. After my husband tried a number of different pillows from other manufacturers, we decided to go back and get 2 new Tempurpedic pillows for each of us, these 2 large neck pillows. After the first night, I thought it might be that the large was just too tall for me but my husband's was too hard - not really contouring to him according to his shape/weight or not really being memory foam as our original ones used to be. Thought maybe it was just too high for him as well so we ordered a pair of mediums that very next day. Sad to say, the issue was indeed the foam not being as contouring as the original ones, and we're just very disappointed with the quality of the memory foam Tempurpedic is making/selling now. We also had a Tempurpedic mattress 18 years ago but we're definitely not going to get another one from Tempurpedic due to these experiences. In a matter of 2-3 weeks, 4 unusable pillows & a week of neck pain later, no more Tempurpedic for us.
