[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having a lot of issues feeling fully rested as well as experiencing aches on my neck and shoulders. I knew my pillows were just not cutting it. I bought this pillow in hopes that all the rave reviews were real and I can say, they're real! The aches are almost minimal to none! And I feel a lot more rested in the mornings. I didn't realize how much a good pillow could make the difference in your sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 2 neck pillows! My neck doesn't hurt when I sleep on them. I let a friend borrow one of mine (from my guest room) and reported immediately pain relief. I cannot recommend these pillows enough!!!!

I don’t think I have ever felt a pillow this hard. It literally feels like sleeping on stacked cardboard. Your head does not sink at all, just sits on top of the pillow. This is by far the worse pillow I have ever bought. Also paid for the “cooling” pillow. There is nothing cooling about the pillow.

After many years of using my first neck contour pillow, I ordered a new one. It was much firmer than my previous one and irritated my neck. Strong smell from the pillow despite washing the cover and allowing it to air out. I wish the return policy were different as I have liked this product in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original neck pillow was great and my neck no longer hurt after 2 days. I ordered another a month ago. It is totally changed. It is much firmer and thicker than the other. I contacted customer service who said they had changed it up. I will not purchase another unless you offer firmness options, etc. Instead of helping it hurt my neck. They are nonreturnable therefore it went in the trash.

Because I use a CPAP machine, it works best for me to use a very firm contour pillow. This one does not fit the bill. Too soft. However, there were 2 and I can use them both to create the same effect. And that is the only reason I didn't return them.

The pillow is very comfortable and helped a ton with my neck pain the first few weeks of use. Now that I've had it a month, I am starting to notice the pillow sinking and it does not seem to be as supportive as it was at the start. I'm a bit disappointed in this based on the price spent and the short time it lasted.

This pillow really supports your neck. The size small is perfect for a woman. I like one with the down Sleep Number cover, and one for back sleeping. I use silk pillowcases. I've had it for years, and tried others, but none is like this! It lasts a long time too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

Being a side sleeper, I enjoyed the cushioning of my neck and head. In my opinion, it is the perfect firmness for my protection from headaches as well as neck, shoulder, and body aches and pains. I am a five feet five inch female weighing approximately 140 pounds. I recommend this pillow without reservation.
