[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pillow I have purchased, after so many failed attempts of trying to find the right pillow for cervical pain. I have been through neck surgery several years ago, and still suffer from neck pain. My physician said, the only thing I could do long term was to find the right supportive pillow. Well, Friends, this is the pillow!! It has firm support that I have been looking for and my awful pain is gone. I am finally sleeping better through the nights where I was waking up several times a night.

Despite the hefty price tag, I decided to invest in them, hoping for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep problems persisted. It was only after a conversation with a friend, who suggested I specifically try a Tempur pillow, that I took note of the brand. Initially, I was skeptical, and when I didn't see an improvement, I expressed my frustration to him. He clarified, suggesting the Tempur Neck pillow, emphasizing that not every model from the brand was suitable for everyone. Following his tailored advice, I tried the Tempur Neck pillow, and to my relief, I started experiencing restful sleep every night.

After two days my neck got really tight and painful. I was unable to look up or down without feeling a lot of pain. I then went and bought another pillow that I could try out before buying it. Over all it took 2 weeks until my neck started to feel better. Overall this is the worst pillow you can buy. Because tempurpedic does not let you return pillows I will never buy a temperpedic product again. What also does not make any sense about their return policy is that you can try a mattress and return it if you are not satisfied, but a pillow they treat it like you are trying to return used underwear.

Contacting customer service will get you nowhere. They will not help you, offer you a refund, or even a different type of pillow. They will literally ignore you and you are out $120+ on a subpar product. RUN from this company!

I bought my first Tempur-pedic 15 years ago. I've had herniated discs in my neck for years and when they flare up I absolutely can't sleep with any other pillow, not comfortably anyway! I noticed about 3 years ago it was time to get a new one but just kept putting it off. I finally broke down and ordered but I ordered wrong size. Customer service was amazing!!! They switched out my pillow without any hesitation! I can't imagine life without my Tempur-pedic!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not just firm but extra firm, so it didn't yield/squish down at all under the weight of my head. Because of that, it stayed excessively lofty, which for me meant that even a medium was too high, as it wrenched my neck. Had I known any of this before ordering, I would've selected the small (assuming it's small/accommodating enough). So now, the only thing I use this medium for is as a backrest; sleeping on it simply kinks my neck.
