[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were excited when we found tempur-pedic due to constantly waking up with sore necks with many pillows. First of all, the quality is solid but it just didn't work for us. The first 5-10mins were great and we thought we found the perfect pillows. However, after sleeping on it for 1 night, we woke up with neck pain and back tightness. Now regarding the return policy, Tempur-pedic double charged my credit card and sent me 4 pillows instead of 2. While the pillows were in original packaging, sealed and untouched, customer service refused to offer any help and joked that I can give them out as gifts. Now I am stuck with 4 pillows. I have to say their sales strategy is creative though - double charging and sending extra orders but refused to take any return. Good luck and hopefully I am the only person who experienced this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent over $500 trying to find the perfect pillow. Seriously. I've tried the fancy ones that cost a lot of money. I even had one made special for me! While some were great, none got close to this pillow for me. I have always wanted a memory foam pillow that was FIRM. I hate soft memory foam. My head is large, and it'll flatten softer foam easily. This pillow checks that box, but it being a contour pillow is also CRUCIAL. In my search for the perfect pillow, I did find one that was super firm. Unfortunately, it was shaped like a regular pillow, and I woke up with super bad neck pain. Because my head is cradled with this pillow, my head gets to sleep on something that can support it, and my neck doesn't have to suffer as a consequence. This really is the mythical pillow I was searching for. If you have a big head, you need this pillow ASAP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended Tempur-pedic due to my chronic neck pain. Since using this pillow my neck doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. The tremendous support this pillow provides helps me sleep better, also. I did have to adjust to this pillow so give it some time. Well worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contour of the pillow works great for sleeping on my side, head fits in the valley of the pillow just right. I can also use it to prop up myself. The pillow is very firm but I'm breaking it in and it feels like someone is holding my head which is perfect for me.

I've been using the pillow for 2 months and honestly this hard pillow didn't really alleviate my neck pain much (maybe it's not too severe anyway). The package arrived with one side open already and there's only a plastic bag between the pillow and the outside.

I laid on them for less than an hr with a pillow case over the plasctic and they still would not return them Said they are a non waste company. Waste their customers money. How about you donate returns that make your clients medical conditions worse to homeless shelters and truly be a non waste company! Never do business with them again. complete rip off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of the TEMPUR-Neck pillow since the last century (literally), travelling around the country with my pillow to use it at hotels, family visits, and overnight stays since I was in my 20s. Without this pillow, I have neck pain from the lack of support provided by regular pillows. I sleep on both my back and my side routinely, and it works for both positions. When my last TEMPUR-Neck pillow finally gave out, I ordered a new set online and was thrilled to find it is the same great product with a more sturdy cover. Highly recommend this product, even at full price. Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with some of my neck issues. It works well for me to sleep on my back or side. I believe part of the reason it helped my neck is that it is super awkward to try to sleep on your stomach with this pillow, so it sort of forces you into more ergonomic positions and sleep habits. The pillow is really firm, until the foam warms up it is so firm it might bother your ears to sleep on your side. My only other slight complaint is the pillow is rather narrow width wise. If you are a person that "roams" all over your pillow and bed at night this is not a pillow for you.

After years of neck pain, and tossing and turning I made a search for a pillow to help alleviate this. Looking back I should have gone to a store to try, but after the great reviews I figured I couldn't go wrong. I Measured, ordered a medium, and was really excited when my pillow arrived. It was much smaller than anticipated which didn't bother me too much, but the density and firmness are what did me in. I fell asleep fine after trying different positions, with the large side contoured in the crook of my neck. Waking in the night and turning over, the ear I'd been sleeping on was painful because of the pressure of my head on the pillow. I ended up switching back to my old pillow to try to finish sleeping. I was discouraged to find there is no return policy, which I understand, but I wish had been more evidently displayed. I'm out $100 and I know if I'd just gone to a store, one try on this pillow would have not had me purchasing it. I'm sure sure if you're a memory foam lover it's wonderful, as for me, I cannot give this a rave review.

We had Tempurpedic in the past but switched to another brand for awhile and it was not a good experience. We are glad to be back!
