[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the tempur-Pedic neck pillow before living in Hawaii. I had it for over 3 years and loved it. I wouldn't get up with any stiffness or discomfort. I evenually also bought a full size tempur-pedic mattress which I love loved it there was no more back pain and every morning was a joy. And coming home from a stressful job and just being able to lie on my bed just melted away all the days havoc. Now living in Vegas and wasn't able to ship my mattress and I miss it everyday. During the summer in Hawaii it gets very hot and humid and the mattress had a cooling touch to it.

In honesty, it felt like sleeping on a brick. I don't mean to be unkind but this is extremely uncomfortable, so I'm back to my original pillow. I would take it to Good Will, but I don't think they will take it either. Save your money.

Lately I have been using other copycat contour pillows and decided to buy the real thing again. It is pricey and a little stiff comparing to others, but I love it. It has no odors, it is made exactly as the original product in early 1990s. Highly recommend for back and side sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed in my purchase of the Tempur-Neck pillow. I bought the tempur-neck pillow after sustaining a neck injury; however, it only augments my pain. The medium neck pillow is very small in a standard size pillow case. I also have two tempurpedic original pillows that are approximately 10 years old. The older pillows are much better quality than the new pillow I bought. Buying the neck pillow was a waste of money as I am unable to sleep using it.

This pillow is closer to a solid than any memory foam I have seen, very hard with little cushion. It is also several inches shorter than other similar style neck pillows I have owned in the past so ones head sits on both the high and low side - very uncomfortable. Sadly it cannot be returned as it is a "personal item". Big disappointment and waste of $$.

I got a Tempurpedic pillow years ago after a recommendation from my chiropractor. I fell in love with it. It was thick and sturdy. After experiencing some neck and back issues recently, I ordered another one. It is much thinner and entirely too soft. It's just ok. I don't think it's worth the price anymore.

I've been using a tempurpedic neck pillow for years and really can't sleep with a traditional pillow. I made the mistake of ordering the small and needed to order the next size up (hadn't measured my old pillow carefully enough) but once I got the right size, my neck was happy again. I need to replace them every 4-5 years because they lose their firmness, but I don't hesitate to do that because they make laying on my side or back very comfortable.
