I started having neck issues almost every night, and at my wife's recommendation, I bought this pillow. I love it. It has greatly alleviated the issues I was having with my stiff neck.

I was very disappointed to find out it can't be returned/exchanged, but you take mattresses back. That makes no sense to me.

Odd shape just didn't work out for me. 0% chance of return also and completely unhelpful customer service, be warned. Waste of $100+

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.

The pillow angles down at the back and I believe that was the issue. I was really hoping this was the perfect pillow I'd been looking for to ease my neck pain, but unfortunately after a few nights I realized it wasn't.

Now, at night when I climb into bed and cover up, I lay on my side, position my head in the middle of the pillow, fall asleep and it seems as if I hardly move until morning,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a pillow that supports me comfortably for a side sleeping position. My shoulders aren't hunched but my head isn't too high either. Very comfortable for me for side sleeping. I'm an average size woman and went with the medium size pillow which is a good fit for me.

This pillow feels nice but is way too small. I did order the small size because I was worried that the medium would be too high, which is a problem I have with most pillows. I have king size pillowcases and the small version of this pillow is laughably tiny inside, both in length and width. When I sleep on the pillow I cannot get comfortable and feel like I have to stay still just for my head to stay on the pillow. Wish I could return.

Went to the nearest store to buy an adult sized pillow and they wouldn't sell it to me. Said they would have to order it again online. They had the pillow I wanted but the pillows there were for show. The sales person was not helpful and just walked away.. didn't even apologize. I'll never buy anything from tempur pedicure again.
