[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a neck injury and surgery recently and was having trouble sleeping comfortably. This pillow is wonderful. At first I wondered if it would be too firm but it is just perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase.

I got a stiff neck in the morning after the first night I slept on this pillow. Too hard and would not sag when people who are light-weighted are using. But it's working well as I put it on the chair to serve as a back pillow. I believe it would be good if I am heavier and thus this pillow will sag when I put my head onto it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new Tempur Neck pillow to repace the one I have had for years. It is a little larger than the older one, but I like it even more! Same comfy sleep I have had before. It does sleep a bit warm, but using a second pillow case takes care of that for me. Getting buy one/get onw was a plus!

I'm still getting use to the firmness of the new pillow but sleeping fine. Because of its size I feel comfortable taking it along with me when we travel by car, and knowing I have MY pillow with me helps relieve any stress of not being able to sleep when away from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a good pillow for someone who has neck problems. Pillow doesn't conform to neck that it gives you a stiff neck. Tried to return it but I was told that they are non-returnable. And I bought two of each size .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

I tried one of these in the past but the neck hump was too big. this one in the small size is perfect for my cervical stenosis. it is soft and comfortable both when sleeping on my back or my side. the only thing that would make it better is if it was wider.

I've used a Tempurpedic mattress and pillow for years. I'm not 100% sure but the first pillow I bought I thought was a XL from a Chiropractor. It worked at the time perfectly for me. I can only now order them in a large, which is really not a perfect fit for me. I have to put a small throw under head for full support. Not sure if they changed them or iced changed. I have a hard time sleeping without my tempurpedic items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uncomfortable and the shape of it mad super uncomfortable and was not convenient at all. It was extremely stiff and hard that it was giving me neck pain-couldn't keep it for longer than a an hour. I had to give it away because I couldn't exchange nor return.

I got this pillow for my partner who had been having neck pain, that after process of elimination and correction of other factors, we attributed to our sleep environment. She has sung this pillows praises many times over and has had a great improvement in neck pain/discomfort! It is comfortable, with good support and firmness. She is a side and back sleeper and this pillow has been comfortable for her to sleep on in both positions. Well worth the money spent for the quality! Side note: I have tried the pillow as well and though I have found also found it very comfortable, as primarily a stomach sleeper, it is not ideal for that position.
