[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the pillow for some time. It did not alleviate my neck pain, though it was not terribly uncomfortable. I ended up swapping pillows with my GF. I WANT the full sized old Symphony pillow back. I loved it, but now only have it as a tiny travel pillow.

I've had these pillows for two weeks now and they are still too firm that it bothers my neck and head. Hoping they will soften soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the small version of the pillow which is actually just enough to keep your head even with your body if you're a woman who is about five five. At first it felt a little hard but after about 2 weeks totally comfortable. I'll actually sleep for long periods of time and not even know how long it has been till I look at the clock - this has never happened before! I had a TempurPedic about 30 years ago, so instead of the cheap invitations I decided to go back, and glad I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent over $500 trying to find the perfect pillow. Seriously. I've tried the fancy ones that cost a lot of money. I even had one made special for me! While some were great, none got close to this pillow for me. I have always wanted a memory foam pillow that was FIRM. I hate soft memory foam. My head is large, and it'll flatten softer foam easily. This pillow checks that box, but it being a contour pillow is also CRUCIAL. In my search for the perfect pillow, I did find one that was super firm. Unfortunately, it was shaped like a regular pillow, and I woke up with super bad neck pain. Because my head is cradled with this pillow, my head gets to sleep on something that can support it, and my neck doesn't have to suffer as a consequence. This really is the mythical pillow I was searching for. If you have a big head, you need this pillow ASAP.

I did yet another online search, finding this pillow which seemed to encompass all the characteristics I wanted. I was intrigued! I purchased it, and have no regrets! I am using the larger end for my neck support.Slowly breaking it in to become a little more form fitting for my neck My husband found it too firm. Once I soften mine , I will pass it on to him Then I will have the second pillow for myself

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.

This pillow is average, it's just "OK", nothing special whatsoever. It's pretty soft and does not feel like the tempurpedic mattresses. I'm in my early 30s and I've had neck pain for years, I don't find this pillow to provide much comfort or relief. It's better than your cheap $5 pillows, however I don't think the price is worth it, it's just an average product and I would not order another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three protruding discs in my neck due to an accident. The only pillow that lets me wake up without neck pain is the Tempur wave neck pillow. I used to have an even firmer one in Germany; alas, they don't make them any more. I even take the pillow on my annual trips to Europe, though it's quite heavy for the suitcase. But it is worth it having no neck pain. Best pillow ever!
