I suffer from extreme next pain and felt numbness in my quads for the past five years. I also suffer from early morning anxiety which I never knew was being caused by my neck and not sleeping good. The first week of using this pillow I noticed an 80% reduction in my leg numbness, my morning anxiety was greatly reduced, I didn't wake up with a stiff neck and slept better overall. If suffer from any of the above, try this pillow!!!

I feel I was misled by the photos used to promote this product in social media ads. I got sucked in by the buy one get one deal and admittedly didn't check the fine print about the actual specs. I assumed a "medium" would be a standard pillow, since it looks to be so in the photo. But in reality, it is about the size of an airline neck pillow. I got some covers for them and my dog now enjoys laying on them on the couch, but I would not recommend these pillows if you are looking for something for your bed.

Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.

I gave it a shot even though it got bad reviews for comfort, size, and smell...and I did it because I invested in their mattresses and pillows in the past and loved those items! But this product is really not worth the price. After weeks of use (I gave it a shot!), my neck is still sore. It's really flat and only fits half of a standard pillowcase. Also the chemical smell is still there. This company needs to listen to all these bad reviews and offer a high-quality product (like the rest of its line). Very disappointing.

I'm 5'10" and 185 pounds. The medium pillow is perfect for me. This pillow is absolutely amazing for sleeping on your side or back. I also use it when sleeping on my stomach. I tried so many pillows trying to resolve neck pain on waking. This pillow solved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a medium size at first, but realized that this is too small for my husband. He is skinny, but tall (6'2 and 180 lbs). It's not easy to fit you if you are a side sleeper. Then we bought two large sizes, but it turns out the size is the same (only slightly thicker). But we can't return the pillows. Now we have two extra pillows at home... This is not a cheap product, wish the return policy could be more friendly.

My shoulders to neck is 5 inches. I bought the small size. I have cervical neck pain for a few months. I was so excited to receive the neck pillow and hoped it would help to ease my neck pain. I used it right away on the day I received it. Frustratedly, my cervical neck pain gets worse next day. The curved big end is too wide for neck length. When I let my head to sit on the middle lowest part of the pillow, my shoulders have to go on to sit on the edge of the pillow, the stiff edge makes my shoulders/upper back quite uncomfortable. When I let my shoulders not go on the pillow, my head has to sit on the top of the curved area, uncomfortable neither. I tried to sleep on the small end. Feel better than on the big end. But it is too narrow. My head touches the big end and feels a push. The total length of the pillow is 12 inches. l measure 7.5 inches from the edge of pillow (the big end side) to the lowest line of the pillow's middle part. (If includes the big end's curved degree, it is even longer than 7.5 inches). I chatted with a customer service. The agent said because of a new pillow, I need to give it a few days to get used to it. I understand if the problem is about the pillow's firmness. But it is not the point. I might need to grow my neck longer to fit the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried to work with TemperPedic to get a different pillow and they would NOT even consider a return!!! I have used TemperPedic pillows since 2006 for my migraine headaches. I thought a smaller one would be as good, just a little bit lower. The quality of the small pillow is NOT AT ALL like the other pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow previously, years ago. I just repurchased and am disappointed that it has changed from what it used to be. This pillow is way too firm. I could only sleep on it 2 nights and now have extreme headaches from using it.
