I have neck issues and need to sleep with a neck pillow to get a good night's sleep. This pillow does the trick! I've seen other reviewers complain about some pillows having an odor. If this one did have an odor out of the box, it quickly dissipated.

I have had the pillow now for about 2 months and I have not had any neck pains. The pillow took some getting use to because it is very firm but now I don't notice it. So happy I made this purchase.

The pillow was received in good shape, but proved to be extremely uncomfortable. It was too large and was very stiff - more so than my old pillow. I called to request an exchange, but was refused. I cannot use this pillow and am not happy with the poor customer service. I do not recommend this product or company.

We've been tempurpedic owners since 2001 but decided to get new pillows (and mattresses as it turned out!). We've had our new standard neck/shoulder pillows for about a month now and the improvements from 2001 are great. The pillows feel lighter so I was worried about them for support but shouldn't have been concerned. The new ones hold up just as well as our old ones. These new ones feel lighter (not as dense) and cooler. The new covers are nice and easy to wash.

I haven't used the pillow yet because it has a very strong chemical smell. I have 3 Tempur Pedic mattresses and pillows. I have used Tempur Pedic for 18 years and I have never had any problem with smell on any of their products. It's been about 6 weeks since I aired out the pillow but it still has a bad smell to it. I hoping soon I can use it since I can't return it. So disappointed since I love my other Tempur Pedic products .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best pillows for my neck's herniatic discs and atrophy. No "collar" just "roll" to support next so can go from side to back sleeping with ease. These are my 2nd pair - replaced after 5 yrs and bumped up a size from small to medium. Small was little too flat for me I found. Medium 1/2 in higher roll so more support and movement. Highly recommend!!!
