I bought this pillow to help support my neck at night due to neck pain. It really helps. At first the pillow is a little hard and made my head hurt but within the first week I got used to it and my head didn't hurt like first night. Just give it yourself some time to adjust.

Recently I had one of those neck-spasm things where you can't turn your head past a certain point. Despite icing, heat, hot showers, etc., it wasn't going away. So I did what I should have done at the start -- purchase a new TEMPUR-Pedic pillow! It's a whole new experience. The rise is higher than my first one and the pillow is very firm, but gives where the weight of your head is. I am a back and mostly side sleeper and am not waking up anymore with a stiff neck or any pain and am sleeping soundly again. A game changer!

I had been all over town that day looking for a pillow and my last stop was your store! I have a lot of problems with my neck so it needs to be Contoured! Interested to see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that these are non-returnable, but I'd still like a refund. This pillow is almost a scam, playing off the old name. It is NOT the same material, it is not "memory foam," it's a dense polyurethane foam, but not of the same quality as they used to be and much too hard to sleep on. I bought two because it was a good deal, but in the end I'm probably only going to be able to salvage the pillow cases to replace my old one which was starting to fail. Luckily I didn't throw out my old pillow before I tested the "new" ones. They look exactly the same, but they are not. The pillow cases haven't changed though, so that's good--I have spares now. And yes, I did try sitting on it for a while, heating it up with a heating pad, leaving it in the sun (which only slightly yellowed it), everything--it's still much too hard. My old pillow isn't quite as supportive as it once was, but it was NEVER this hard. It also exhibited "memory" characteristics, which this new foam does not. It returns to it's uncompressed shape almost instantly. I suspect, but admittedly have no evidence, that cost cutting measures were taken by later leadership that compromised quality and will ultimately destroy the good name of the brand. Mergers and Acquisitions tend to do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow looking for more support, i have back and neck problems that cause me to have headaches so i need something that is supportive, this pillos is too small and low and just too narrow for me, just not right for what i needed, its a good pillow solid built pillow but not what i needed.

I like this pillow. It is very supportive. I appreciate the fact that it comes in sizes. I have a very small neck and the pillows are always too large for me. This pillow fits me perfectly. It is firm but not hard. It is a perfect pillow for my wife and I.

This one is so much lower and gives my neck time to relax. I'm hooked! Wish you sold pillow cases to go with them because they don't fit any regular sizes. Just a thought, The product is top notch.

This was a replacement for the 10-yr-old contour pillow I got from Select Comfort. When I went to get another I learned they had "inproved" it and it was totally different. I found one that was even better at Tempurpedic. I'm a side sleeper and need the support for my neck.

I have spent a lot of money buying pillows and nothing seems to work so far. This one was one of the best so far, but unfortunately is too hard for me, probably due to the pain. I'm waiting to see if the pain subsided to give it another try! I still have hope! I believe that before buying a pillow that is so important for yourself it should be tried before purchasing especially when there's no return!

Unfortunately, the foam in this pillow is not at all like the foam in the old pillow. It is no memory foam and much harder. I tried sleeping on it a few nights but woke up in the middle of the night with a sore neck. I whish I would have read the reviews before ordering! That was a definite waste of money!
