I have owned multiple Tempurpedic pillows. These were horrible. The material does not behave anything like my previous pillows. The pillows don't react to pressure the way previous Tempurpedic pillows reacted. I don't know if these were from a messed up bunch. Very disappointed with this purchase.

And since Tempurpedic has generous return policies for their mattress I thought it was safe to splurge on such a pricy pillow only to learn that pillows are non-returnable because of their "personal nature".

After it wore out I tried buying every pillow that would come close to the neck pillow. Nothing ever worked like the temperpedic pillow. That's when I saw the BOGO and I got 2 for the price of one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both bought the medium size based on the measurement chart. He thinks his is perfect, but I could have probably gone to the large- when sleeping on my side I sometimes feel like I need a little more support. The first couple nights my husband was raving about how much better his neck felt, but I had a hard time sleeping on my pillow, it just felt way too hard and I kept switching back to my old pillow. After a week or two of hearing how much better my husband's neck felt, I decided to give my tempur pedic pillow a try again. The first couple nights were rough, it still felt too hard, but after that I have slept great! I am definitely sleeping better at night and waking up with less back and neck pain. All this to say- give it a week or so if it feels too hard, eventually it will soften and give you amazing sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helps my neck and shoulder. I sleep on my side mostly. I measured between sizes and they say to go with the smaller size. I went with the large anyway and think it's maybe a little big so I'll probably order a medium at some point.

I've been using temperpedic neck pillows for 26 yrs. Introduced to me by my chiropractor at the time. I loved the comfort. But your product has changed significantly. The last time I purchased 3 of these were at a Bookstones. And they have lasted along time. If I'm correct they used to be made from Swedish foam. And I would take it wherever I went. 1 think in the cold weather the pillow would become very stiff. And once back in the warmth of indoors it would become softer. But not this new foam that's being used today. Not near the quality and comfort of the original product. I very mined the price. Because the quality. After all these years of loving these pillows. I'm back to square 1. Now I will have to start looking for a new neck pillow. This new 1 will never last and it's not supportive at all. Too bad this wonderful pillow has been cheapened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping this pillow would help with neck pain being a side sleeping. It's a very flat low pillow. Much smaller than I expected making a pillow case fit forget it, they slide all over for standard fit. Given the shape I was hopeful it would help my neck issues but nope. It's too flat and I was getting headaches laying so flat. Maybe if I elevated it on another pillow but that defeats the purpose of this shape that contours to back and side sleepers if it's elevated I'd imagine. Overall I regret buying this and wasting that much money as these are a no return. I've owned pillows in the past from tempurpedic and figured this was going to be just as good a product but I just don't think it is by any means. I do not recommend this product.

Before this I was proving up pillows,putting anything under my neck to fill the gap.,and waking up with terrible pain. I don't have a lot of cartridge left in my neck, and have such arthritis in mr neck. Ihave received two different types of shots in my neck,but this pillow does allow me to sleep and wake up with very little pain.

I have been using these pillows for years, first as a means to alleviate cervical spine discomfort during sleep, but most importantly not having pain throughout the day. Definitely helps sleep posture for cervical spine in my experience. They don't last forever and I have had to replace them periodically but it's well worth the investment!
