I need an *extremely* firm pillow (think does not move at all under the weight of the head and neck) shaped like this and this is not suited to my needs. However it seems like it's well made and would be good for someone who likes a squishier pillow.

Since I was a child I suffered from neck pain and for many years when I woke up I often had my neck twisted and it hurt a lot until I started using the Tempurpedic pillow. I have never suffered from neck pain or with a sprained neck. I would never stop using this pillow and of course I travel everywhere with my pillow.

Best thing I have done for myself. I am a side sleeper & this pillow hands down relieves my aches & discomfort. Finally able to sleep through the night & wake up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this pillow.

I bought this neck pillow about a month ago - I was having a lot of neck pain every morning from my head not being supported well. I debated awhile - it's a lot of money to spend on a pillow!! But after paying for massages to make my neck feel better for just a few hours, I decided it was worth it. And it is!! My neck feels so much better every day! No more spasms! The only down side - I ordered the Queen size, and it really is not any bigger than a regular size pillow. But - all things considered, not such a big deal

It was time to buy a new one and while I love the new pillow and how it supports my neck, it's on the firm side so I get pressure points on my ears. It's different than my old one where I seem to remember you had options in the firmness you wanted. This time it seems only one option.

I sleep on my side a lot throughout the night and had a car accident 2 years ago so neck pain is a thing if not addressed properly. Having the right pillow for me is a HUGE and this pillow has helped me sleep more comfortably through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard as a rock. Beyond being uncomfortable it actually caused me to have even worse neck pain the next day. Can I return it? No because I bought it online Can I exchange it for a different pillow that isn't like resting my head on a table? No because I bought it online. I didn't see the fine print about this. Deserves no stars bc the company doesn't even allow exchanges which they supposedly do with mattresses. I purchased one for my friend and myself and he hates his too. Gave him neck pain for a week. So my neck is worse and I'm out a bunch of money. They say in 14days it will soften but it's been almost a month and there's no change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempur-neck pillow almost 2 decades ago; and really loved how adjusting and comfortable the material they were made of back then. However, these recent ones I got are definitely not how they use to make them. The material used are a bit too hard and not so conforming; causing discomfort to my cervical spine. I am disappointed. Still searching around to find the right pillows..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not comfortable at all on either side and I have used other brands of two-height pillows successfully in the past. After only a month, I gave up on it. Too expensive to do this! Pillow seemed short in width, too. I expected better from Temperpedic.
