I purchased two small thinking that they are the same size as the standard pillow, but they are not so I purchased two medium and they are still smaller than standard size pillow. Feeling tricked and the product does not seem to do any more than a typical neck pillow, I am not sure if I would buy again in the large size.

Given it was finally losing some of its support I broke down and purchased a new one. I love it! I have neck pain problems and my pillow plays a vital role in the quality of my sleep and my life. Thank goodness I have the pillow that gives me the just right sleep position for my neck with the just right support. I can't be without my tempur-neck pillow!

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pillow I have found for a side sleeper. It's got the rare combination between softness with the firmness to provide the right level of neck support. I'm no waking up with a stiff neck anymore.

I originally bought this pillow 1 year ago and loved it. I recently bought one for my husband, and yes the shape was the same but the firmness was completely different. It is extremely soft and doesn't give any support. I contacted tempur pedic about it, who said that they stand by their products and will not exchange the pillow..very disappointing.... The first pillow helped my neck, b by the second has no support. It's just sitting in the box still in our living room for over a month. It's so expensive that it hurts to just throw it out. the reason we liked this pillow was for the support but the quality is not the same at all! The one star is for the lack of consistency with the product..

But ever since I have tempurpedic neck pillow. It's game changer. I have medium and large size. You just have to get used to it. And if you suggest to return it very rare chance. But so far I have three tempurpedic neck pillow I never return it. Definitely worth buy one get second free!

After it wore out I tried buying every pillow that would come close to the neck pillow. Nothing ever worked like the temperpedic pillow. That's when I saw the BOGO and I got 2 for the price of one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While expecting a tempur material where the pillow molds to your head on the famous memory foam, I received a pillow that is made of a polyurethane material that is quite hard. Unfortunately it can't be returned or exchanged so it is a gambling, you may like it or not, and no way to secure customer satisfaction. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that the pillow has a break-in period, and will slightly soften over time with regular use. While I keep using it and waiting to get soften, a month later, I will keep my three stars for the lack of clear information on what to expect in their web site.

I've been using temperpedic neck pillows for 26 yrs. Introduced to me by my chiropractor at the time. I loved the comfort. But your product has changed significantly. The last time I purchased 3 of these were at a Bookstones. And they have lasted along time. If I'm correct they used to be made from Swedish foam. And I would take it wherever I went. 1 think in the cold weather the pillow would become very stiff. And once back in the warmth of indoors it would become softer. But not this new foam that's being used today. Not near the quality and comfort of the original product. I very mined the price. Because the quality. After all these years of loving these pillows. I'm back to square 1. Now I will have to start looking for a new neck pillow. This new 1 will never last and it's not supportive at all. Too bad this wonderful pillow has been cheapened.

I've had these pillows for two weeks now and they are still too firm that it bothers my neck and head. Hoping they will soften soon.
