I am using the larger end for my neck support.Slowly breaking it in to become a little more form fitting for my neck My husband found it too firm. Once I soften mine , I will pass it on to him Then I will have the second pillow for myself

I find it works best when side-sleeping, but it's also comfortable for back-sleeping as long as you don't shift around too drastically. Unfortunately, the foam in this pillow is not at all like the foam in the old pillow. It is no memory foam and much harder. I tried sleeping on it a few nights but woke up in the middle of the night with a sore neck. I whish I would have read the reviews before ordering! That was a definite waste of money!

I slept on a Tempur-pedic pillow for years. Absolutely loved it. Part of the reason I loved it was because of the amazing soft cover which could be removed and washed. I finally decided to invest (I use that word because these pillows aren't exactly cheap) and just received in the mail today. I am extremely disappointed in the cover. Feels like cheap polyester. I can't imagine I will enjoy touching that. I will reserve judgement on the remainder of whether the pillow will be as comfortable as my previous one. But very disappointed with the cover. Obviously Tempur-pedic has cheapened it without lowering the price of the pillow. I am thinking I should have perhaps tried a different brand.

The one I received is very stiff, more so than any other I have purchased. While I am disappointed, I am trying to get used to this pillow. I will not buy this type again.

They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.
