Then, they won't let you return it even if you never opened the package. obviously, Temperpedic knows it's a piece of crap and they don't want it back. That really is a shame as we absolutely love our Temperpedic mattress.

This is my third Tempur -neck pillow and I just love it. No neck cramps in the morning. Very restful and a full night's sleep all the time. This is the only pillow I use and also travel with it. One drawback is when I take it camping, and the temps are low at night, the pillow gets pretty rigid but does soften up eventually.

I had been suffering for a long time from my jaw hurting every day. I would wake up with a sore jaw and it would hurt all day long. Since getting the tempurpedic pillow my jaw has not hurt one bit! I am so happy that this has worked and I can sleep comfortably and am pain free during the day!

We bought the small pillow based on the shoulder width guidelines but it is TINY and way too small to use. They don't even make pillow cases for a pillow this small! It probably would have been very comfortable if it was bigger. They are non-returnable so make sure you go for the medium or large first time round and don't waste your money.

The pillows were advertised as large. They are not big at all. they come short of filling a full size pillow case. As a large I was expecting that they would be hard to get into a queen size pillow case. For the money they cost they are a really bad deal.

But unfortunately, we had neck pain after the first night of sleep. My wife switched back to her old pillow in the middle of the night. I gave it another chance and tried it for the second night. My neck hurt so bad the next morning and the pain didn't go away for about two weeks! I'm not sure if it's the quality of the product or the pillows are too big for us. Either way I would suggest caution when buying tempur-pedic pillows. Because there's no return for pillows!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was expecting it to be the same as my old pillow. Same model, it said "classic" so I assumed the tempurpedic foam would be the same. Not the same though. My original pillow was very hard, slowly softening with body warmth. In the winter, while camping, it was so hard in cold temps that you could easily knock someone out with it. Sounds odd but this is what I wanted. The new one is too soft. It feels like the one I already have that's had 10+ years of constant use. My old one got too soft so I thought I'd get another. But the new one already feels broke down. The shape is idential, so is the cover. The foam isn't. I like it, would even recommend it, but it's not "classic" if it's not identical, imo.

While the customer service was exceptional, the quality of these pillows not so much. I tried 3x to get a pillow that actually supported my neck and all of them arrived relatively flat and quickly lost the little bit of support they had. I have had these pillows before but as of late they have been horrible!

When I went to return them, I was told that is not possible because of the item is too personal. One of them has not even come out of the bag. I'm extremely upset and bothered and will never buy a pillow online from Tempur-pedic again.
