I bought this pillow before Christmas, and I'm so in love with it. It comes with me wherever I go. I've had neck and shoulder pain for years, and I had been interested in purchasing an ergonomic pillow but I got so many divided opinions on them that I just couldn't take the plunge. I finally got to the point where I would try anything, and I am so glad that I did. This was the best purchase I've ever made. It's made a huge difference! So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using a Large Tempur-Pedic pillow many years ago. I'm a small person but have a long neck, so the old Large size worked really well for me. I recently replaced with a new Large (I also measured per the instructions), but it feels too big for me and is so much harder than the old one (even when the old one was new), all of which is making it extremely difficult for me to relax my neck into the pillow the way I could with my previous one. I would suggest possibly going down a size if you are replacing a pillow. I wish I'd kept the packaging to try to exchange it; it didn't occur to me that there would be a problem since I'd ordered the same size.

I like the firmness and sleep well, but am still perfecting the size. I measured according to the instructions on the web page, but I think they need to adjust it some way.

So so so small. Smaller than the twin sized pillows I was trying to replace on my king bed. I am sure there was sizing info somewhere in the details but I've never encountered such a small "large" pillow before. And even though it is still in the packaging I am now stuck with two of them. Annoying. I have no idea how they feel because they look like child pillows on my king bed so I can't use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a replacement neck pillow and was incredibly disappointed to find the size of the pillow has decreased by -25%. As a tempurpedic customer for over ten years who has bought many tempurpedic pillows of other types and sizes, and a tempurpedic queen size bed, I was extremely disappointed and felt ripped off. I was even more disappointed at the return policy which did not accept unopened returns. I will seriously consider alternative options in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor recommended Tempur-pedic due to my chronic neck pain. Since using this pillow my neck doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. The tremendous support this pillow provides helps me sleep better, also. I did have to adjust to this pillow so give it some time. Well worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using this product for a couple of weeks and it made my neck hurt more and more with each passing day. Finally, I could not take it anymore so I bought a different pillow from a competitor. I have no option to return this pillow so I have just stuck it at the back of my closet.

I was excited but I went back to my old pillow. This was supposed to help and I think made my neck more stiff. Now I have 2 pillows that I don't use. Was confusing at first which side to use so I tried both. Sorry they just weren't good for my issue.
