I used this vacuum as soon as I received it and it was definitely an upgrade from my old shark vacuum. It is more portable than the old one I have which is a plus. Not too loud. I can also tell that it filters dirt so you can be sure that no dust gets out of vacuum. This vacuum is very well recommended

The vacuum is good it does work. A little on the heavy side. What I don’t like are the touch controls on the handle. Way too sensitive as I’m vacuuming. I accidentally touched the controls and it changes the Vacuum mode. Other than that, it is a good vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I have to start that I’m a big fan of cordless stick vacuums. I haven’t used the bulky corded one in a while and when I tried this Shark I remembered immediately why. I think it’s really nice vacuum if you don’t mind to push big and heavy corded vacuum. I have to say on the carpet it rolls on its own so it’s easy, no pushing required. Overall I have to say for how big it looks it was pretty easy to maneuver despite you have to keep attention to the cord. But still after 5 minutes of vacuuming my lower back was hurting. And while cord is long I pulled it out of the outlet twice. The cord feels a bit stiff but has pretty good length. I like that it has floor detect technology but you can also choose the surface manually from hard floor to thin and thick carpet. I really like it because you don’t have to change the brush for different type of floors. It also has odor neutralizer which smells very nice. I like that you can store cord on the vacuum together with all of the attachments. It has crevice roll and brush for stairs. One con for me because the brush and dust collector are so big and bulky it can’t get under high furniture like my stick vacuum does. I will use it for heavy duty job but it’s too bulky for me for touch ups. Overall I have impression that it’s very durable vacuum with medium noise level.

I recently moved to a new house with only hardwood floors and was amazed at how well this cleans the floors. The light on it shows where the dirt and dog hair are on the floor, and a “dirt” detection turns on when the vacuum is picking up debris. I highly recommend the Shark Detect Pro Vacuum. I give it 4.9 stars. It would be a perfect 5 if it had a retractable cord.

It's bagless too, makes it easier to empty out. The lift-away pod is a nice feature, easily reach ceilings too for quick cleaning. The odor neutralizer suppresses any dust smell without spreading. The self cleaning brush roll leaves no tangled mess and very easy to operate. The edge detect and direction detect works well. Very easy to clean heavy carpets. Floor detect helps to seamlessly switch between hardwood and carpets. My only negative would be that the lift away pod might feel a little heavy in the hand for longer cleaning. But it can be easily overlooked with the powerful cleaning you are getting. Definitely recommend it.

Assembling this vacuum was simple and within a few minutes it was ready to go. This vacuum comes with 3 attachments including a crevice tool, pet multi-tool and the anti-allergen dust brush. It also comes with an odor neutralizer cartridge to guard against odors inside the vacuum. I vacuum my home daily as I have children, two cats and a dog. I continue to be amazed with how much pet hair and debris is collected in the canister. The suction power on this vacuum is incredible, it is super powerful! I also like how quiet it is. This vacuum is equipped with the DuoClean detect system which includes two brushrolls and various sensors allowing it to detect hidden dirt and boost the suction power and brushroll speed. It also automatically increases the suction power when you are near an edge or corners. I have various types of flooring in my home including hardwood floors, vinyl flooring, carpet and area rugs. This vacuum can automatically detect which type of flooring it is on and adjusts accordingly. It works great on all my flooring types. I love the lift away feature as it makes cleaning steps, furniture and all the hard to reach areas super simple! The vacuum is lightweight which makes it easier carrying up and down multiple levels in my home. I have owned multiple vacuums over the years and this one has quickly become my favorite. If you are looking for a high quality vacuum that has it all, I highly recommend this one by Shark!

It's packed with smart technology that works. The size is compact and the power is great. I am surprised that it's not that loud yet it is very powerful. The wand reaches most of the places with you're dragging it too much. The LED headlights are a plus.
