Hi Rosa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to clean under beds and couches as expected. This vacuum does have a Lift-Away mode that makes it easier to reach those areas. To use it, release the power cord by turning the top cord hook downward, step on the Lift-Away® pedal on the side of the pod to detach the pod from the nozzle, then lift off the pod by pulling up on the dust cup handle. You can attach a cleaning accessory to either the handle or the end of the wand for more flexibility. If you’d like additional tips or assistance, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127.
