[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum and immediately put it to use. It was easy to put together and figure out how to operate. It is GREAT for pet hair/odors! It cleaned my carpets really well as well as my wood stairs and wood floors. My only complaint is it’s very heavy/bulky! You can detach the canister to get to harder to reach areas with the specified nozzles, but it is on the heavier side. It is a very powerful efficient vacuum I think I just prefer my Dyson stick for quicker vacuums since it’s cordless and lightweight. I will use this more for weekly cleanings and tougher messes. If you’re looking for a great heavy duty vacuum for pet hair/smells then this is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I have to start that I’m a big fan of cordless stick vacuums. I haven’t used the bulky corded one in a while and when I tried this Shark I remembered immediately why. I think it’s really nice vacuum if you don’t mind to push big and heavy corded vacuum. I have to say on the carpet it rolls on its own so it’s easy, no pushing required. Overall I have to say for how big it looks it was pretty easy to maneuver despite you have to keep attention to the cord. But still after 5 minutes of vacuuming my lower back was hurting. And while cord is long I pulled it out of the outlet twice. The cord feels a bit stiff but has pretty good length. I like that it has floor detect technology but you can also choose the surface manually from hard floor to thin and thick carpet. I really like it because you don’t have to change the brush for different type of floors. It also has odor neutralizer which smells very nice. I like that you can store cord on the vacuum together with all of the attachments. It has crevice roll and brush for stairs. One con for me because the brush and dust collector are so big and bulky it can’t get under high furniture like my stick vacuum does. I will use it for heavy duty job but it’s too bulky for me for touch ups. Overall I have impression that it’s very durable vacuum with medium noise level.

Picks up animal hair with ease and ZERO hair wrapped up in the bottom! I have long hair and I always have to cut it out of the bottom rollers in my Dyson.. It drives me crazy. I have used this Shark a handful of times now and have had zero issues. That alone is reason for me to never look back! I love the lights, how easy it is to empty, the attachments.. Just all around an amazing vacuum. I would 100% repurchase and recommend to anyone, especially those who feel like they’re drowning in dog hair. Awesome job, Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing the Shark Detect Pro Lift-Away vacuum for a few weeks now, and I have to say - this might be the most impressive vacuum I've ever used. The suction power is absolutely insane - it picked up stuff from my carpets that I swear was woven into the fibers. The DuoClean technology really works, seamlessly transitioning from hard floors to thick rugs without missing a beat. What really surprised me was the anti-allergen system. As someone who usually sneezes through the entire cleaning process, I noticed a real difference in air quality after using this. The sealed system actually works - no more dust clouds when emptying the bin. The Lift-Away feature has been a game changer for stairs and furniture. It's surprisingly lightweight when detached, making those awkward above-your-head cleans much easier. Maintenance is a breeze too - the self-cleaning brush roll actually works (goodbye scissors and hair-wrapped rollers!), and the bagless design saves money in the long run. Is it perfect? Well, it's still a vacuum - so no, cleaning isn't suddenly fun. But it's close. This is our third Shark vacuum cleaner, has always been a dependable machine. Our daughter still has the first one, which is over 20 years old and still works well. We like the new way it automatically switches from carpet to bare floors, and puts more suction on the side that is against a wall. The suction on Shark vacuums has always been awesome, which is why I still buy them. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is they took away the one thing that made it awesome. The body is no longer detachable so you can clean under your furniture and such. That is a feature we loved on our old vacuum, which we broke the plastic that holds it upright. If Shark will put that feature back on it, it’s a 5 star product.

My carpet had just been vacuumed before I got this but couldn’t resist trying it out and it picked up SO much dirt and dust! I couldn’t believe it. I love the light on the bottom that helps make sure you get everything! The lift away feature is a dream for cleaning vents. I very much enjoyed the odor neutralizer that was included. I could never go back to my old vacuum after using this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This vacuum sucks, in the best way possible! I love the detect feature, it seems to really know when it needs to kick into high gear. I tried it for the first time today, and had vacuumed earlier with my existing shark lift away navigator. I was shocked to see how much it had picked up given I'd already vacuumed today. Insane quality and it isn't heavy at all. The only negatives - I saw another reviewer say this too. 3 attachments for the handle but only 2 spots to hold them. - Heard a mechanical/ticking sound but it wasn't too bad. All in all I'm very happy with this vacuum and i'm impressed.
