Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don’t even want to use it again as I’m not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don’t want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.

My face felt smoother, fresher and more radiant after the first use. The fact that this device is able to provide you with an unbelievable and effective at home facial is amazing. It has multiple benefits of a professional facial. The best part is that it’s at your fingertips and all in the comfort of your own home. It’s also compact, lightweight and would be easy to travel with. No more expensive trips to an Aesthetician or Spa. It cleanses the skin, clears impurities/minimizes pores and hydrates. There is a DePuffi attachment that has a hot and cold button with different intensities. It’s great at minimizing any puffiness, giving you radiant skin and can help give your face a beautifully contoured appearance. I really enjoy how quick the entire routine is and how it left my skin looking healthier, refreshed, smooth and glowing. I love how this is relaxing and calming not just on my skin, but the entire experience. It’s durable and exceedingly well made. This was developed with Dermatologists approved by Aestheticians and is FDA registered. It comes with thorough and clear instructions. It’s also quick, easy to learn, maintain and keep clean. What more could I ask for? If you haven’t tried this already I would definitely recommend it.

I exfoliate and hydrate with what feels like an at home diamond glow facial and then do the daily depuffer and circulation booster. You will love this if you get it! Instructions are straightforward and it’s super easy to clean. My daughter loves that there is a gentler speed too.

My favorite feature is the hot and cooling and feel I will use that the most but the suction attachment is nice too. I was worried about purging as I have sensitive skin but that did not happen thankfully. I do wish the case snapped closed instead of just having a band around it and wish there was a compartment for the face products and additional attachments. It’s easy to set up, use and clean which is a plus in my busy life. All in all a very good product. Although pricy, will pay for itself over time as it will limit the number of spa treatments/visits.

I’m not sure if it’s the hydro facial machine or just the skincare that is doing the work. Aside from that I do love the heating and the cooling feature and use that portion every day. Not sure it would be worth it to me without that feature.

Whilst using the device with the Weekly Pro Glow Routine (9 min, the first few times take longer as you’re learning how to use the device); advised to start with clean, dry skin & prep with instheat to loosen impurities. Step 1 (3 minutes) Apply DERM DETOX (aha & bha serum, the smaller bottle labeled 1) in a thin layer over entirety of face, avoiding eyes & mouth, and wait 3 minutes. Step 2 (3 minutes) Fill tank with cool water to “max” fill line. Attach WIDE TIP (normal or gentle depending on skin type and or comfort level) and turn on. Adjust intensity based on comfort level and proceed gliding over face as directed. Pause device and switch to T-ZONE TIP (normal or gentle) for targeting more specific areas. The device time will resume and pause after 3 minutes, indicating it’s time for the next step. Rinse face. Step 3 (3 minutes) Fill tank with HYDRO INFUSE (bottle 2) to “MAX” fill line. INSTHEAT - glide over face, neck, and jawline to boost circulation, and lymphatic flow. 3 temperatures to choose from. So far I do enjoy using this device. The skincare products are great, albeit a bit pricey. I wasn’t impressed by the “exfoliation” from the device itself, I find that using the included skincare products was more than efficient. To me, it’s not much different other than design, than those available 20 years ago. Where this product shines is the DEPUFFI. It feels truly amazing, whether it’s being used to cool/heat, they’re both truly amazing. This is the only part that is okay to use your own products either the device, otherwise you’re required to use their proprietary products.

My acne flare ups and overall skin texture has improved to such a degree that family and friends notice.
