The gentle caps are my favorite especially at the TZone. It's not very loud and it fits easily in your palm. No need to go get a hydrafacial when you can use this. I suffer from dry skin and it has been helping. It is easy to clean out as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Shark FacialPro Glow At Home Hydrating Facial System!! But there are definitely a few things I learned after my first use that I think are important to know. At first the suction honestly didn't seem like it was going to be very strong, but once you start using it correctly you realize it definitely is. I don't have sensitive skin at all and my face was still extremely red after my first treatment. So I would recommend starting more gently than you think you need and work your way up if anything. One of the biggest things is to follow the Quick Start Guide and pay attention to how they show you to glide the device across your skin. You don't want to repeatedly go over the same area. I also found that using my free hand to gently stretch my skin made a huge difference because it helped the device maintain suction instead of constantly losing its seal. My forehead was the hardest area for me to keep suctioned so stretching the skin there was especially helpful. I set my timer for 2 minutes when using the wide tip and 1 minute for the t-zone tip. I did that for both Step 1, detox and step 2, infuse was much easier to keep track of how long i was using it on each area without over doing it. The device has three suction settings low, medium and high. Even though I normally wouldn't consider my skin sensitive I really wish I would started with the gentle tip first. When cleaning the device make sure you release/ remove the bottom battery portion from the device when you are dealing with water and product so you don't accidentally get liquid down into the system or battery. I would also follow the directions and charge the device for the full 4 hours before the first use. Love that it comes with a self rinse cap. When you're finished you can fill the water tank attach the rinse cap and run the device to help flush everything out. Use the included brushes to throughly clean the tips. Also make sure to leave the tanks open to completely air dry before putting it away. Don't want to store them damp because that will trap moisture and can lead to mold. Overall I really love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to review the shark facial pro, it has been on my wish list for a while. It has a sleek design, light weight, it is easy to use, when you first get it out of the box, every section of it is labeled with instructions. The machine is not insanely loud, but you hear it. It is easy to clean, it has a self Cleaning mode. While using it, I could notice how well it was cleaning my clogged pores, once I was done, I didn’t have any more visible “black dots” on my nose. The hydra infusion, feels like it gives moisture back to your face after the first step. I thought the machine was powerfully enough to suck gunk out of my pores but gentle enough to not hurt my skin.

I really liked the treatment overall. However, my machine does not turn off. The heating and cooling functions stay on, and I didn’t realize it because I assumed it would turn off automatically. I only noticed when my face started feeling very hot. I really like the product and would buy it again if my machine were replaced.
