I’ve really been enjoying this! It has been super easy to incorporate into my skincare routine and I’ve actually noticed a difference after using it now for a couple of months! My skin has a nice healthy glow, feels clean, and surprisingly does not leave my skin feeling irritated after. The lilac color is just the cherry on top 🍒 Definitely a skin care tool I will continuously reach for!

I honestly waited way too long to try it and I wish I did the very day it came in the mail. I got over my block and I’m freaking in LOVE. I’m a skincare junkie who loves trying all the products. I do have facials once or twice a year and this has made my skin so radiant. Just after one use! I did the weekly glow routine and then the instachill. Holy cannoli I cannot wait to try the instachill right after waking up! It’s super easy to maintain. Charges easily. It’s compact. It’s pretty and it’s functional. I am so lucky to have been given this to review! Also it’s quiet and doesn’t make weird noises. If you have the opportunity to get this do it!

The packaging is Beautiful and the products that came with it are some of the best I've ever used! They are gentle yet very effective! I have combo skin and i can definitely get a little sensitive but this moisturized my skin soooo well and didn't irritate it at all! The packaging is beautiful, the facial tools are super easy to use, clean, and store! I am absolutely obsessed with this!!!

My favorite feature is the hot and cooling and feel I will use that the most but the suction attachment is nice too. I was worried about purging as I have sensitive skin but that did not happen thankfully. I do wish the case snapped closed instead of just having a band around it and wish there was a compartment for the face products and additional attachments. It’s easy to set up, use and clean which is a plus in my busy life. All in all a very good product. Although pricy, will pay for itself over time as it will limit the number of spa treatments/visits.

Got this for Christmas and works really well. I am currently struggling with hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation. After using this my skin was glowing and removed impurities. I really liked the depuffi as well, I enjoyed using both the heat setting and cooling setting after to calm my face. Time will tell how it holds up and if there is long term benefits. I wish they would post the ingredients to the exfoliant and hydrator, can’t find that anywhere to even see if I’m allergic to what’s in it. I think this is a great at home alternative but could be considered pricey. Compared to going to the spa or esthetician it is a good price.

The device works as described, but I found it much more time-consuming than expected. The cleaning and maintenance process after each use is cumbersome, making it difficult to fit into a busy daily routine. For me, the results did not justify the amount of time required.

Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don’t even want to use it again as I’m not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don’t want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.

I bought this a couple of months ago praying I wasn't wasting more great money on product that is a waste of money. No pore vacume is strong enough to clean pores , congested skin etc. Don't waste money. Not a fan
