I bought the Shark red light therapy mask and love it so much. I saw the new Facial Pro and did my research and decided to buy it. I started on the lowest setting using the sensitive skin tip, even though I don’t have sensitive skin. Each week I went up a setting and once you get the hang of it, it’s awesome! I used to get hydrafacials 6 times a year and stopped doing them because of the expense. This little machine gives me the same results as a hydrafacial. My pores are so much smaller that you can barely see them. I highly recommend this product and it wasn’t gifted to me.

This handheld little option is a quick easy use. They include two serums to use with it. The first use I wasn’t sure if it did much, but now after 3, I’ve really seen an improvement in my skin. Also, it has an electric hot/cold roller which is sooo nice. I’ve been using it in the morning to wake myself up and the cold roller feels so good on the skin. Definitely high quality. My only thing is that I wish the serums fit into the case and that the case was easier to travel with. It’s too bulky and wasted space and why can’t it clip instead of having a strap. I don’t want to lose any pieces and I travel a lot so the setup of it isn’t ideal to have to find a different holder. It was easy to set up and get started using.

My favorite feature is the hot and cooling and feel I will use that the most but the suction attachment is nice too. I was worried about purging as I have sensitive skin but that did not happen thankfully. I do wish the case snapped closed instead of just having a band around it and wish there was a compartment for the face products and additional attachments. It’s easy to set up, use and clean which is a plus in my busy life. All in all a very good product. Although pricy, will pay for itself over time as it will limit the number of spa treatments/visits.

Prior to this, my skin is actually the best it has ever been. I have an extensive skin care routine, and I rarely break out. I purchased this device because I love Shark/Ninja products and I wanted to spoil myself. I followed the directions on the packaging on how to do the facial. this morning I woke up and I am broken out with tiny whiteheads all over my cheeks and under my eyes, as well as my forehead. These are not the places that I would typically break out. I don’t even want to use it again as I’m not sure if it was irritation from the included products or from the device itself. I will be returning this. My skin looks awful. I work from home and am on Zoom all day, I don’t want to look like a 13 year old going through puberty when I am in fact, 39.
